I’d give it zero stars. It’s unreliable, doesn’t stay connected to devices, doesn’t stay connected to wifi, prints blank sheets at random despite making printer noises. Have to delete and re install drivers, turn it on and off, I want to take a bat to it. Worst printer I’ve ever owned.

i have only had this since March. I converted it to sublimation like everyone else, printed 3-4 times a week filled ink up and was ready for my biggest order and it just kept saying error, something is at its life end. with ink filled and orders to do I was so disappointed because it's not that old.

This printer is very basic, lacking feeder scanning or multipage. scanning has to be page by page and it really gets bad if you are scanning double face pages. the sheet feeder is at the back occupying more space to accommodate paper. finally, if you are running IOS and Windows simultaneously, the printer would not function unless you have IOS 11 or higher, but even though, cloud printing would give you issues.

As a mac user, I was disappointed with the hoops required to download the correct driver packages for my OS. It's a very lightweight printer and surprised how much it moves during a print session. Very basic - no document feeder or 2-sided printing, so I'm downgraded in that aspect from previous Epson cartridge printer. If it works well, I'll consider upgrading. Definitely a low end printer. I believe its priced too high for the lack of features.

I’m really disappointed. I got this as a Christmas gift to myself this past year, and have only used it maybe 15-20 times since. Slowly the color stopped working. I thought it might be out of ink already, so purchased a bunch to have on hand, but nope! It was completely full. I tried to do updates, move things around so the ink could get moving again. And nothing. Now I’m stuck with a pile a junk with 2 sets of spare ink! It’s terrible when you pay over $200 for something and it won’t work after a few uses!!! Epson should replace this for me to regain confidence in them!!!

I had to return this printer and exchange it for another when a firmware update rendered it nonfunctional. I did not install the update on the second one. It seems to be functioning normally. It is painfully slow though. I decided to buy the least expensive EcoTank just to see if it is worthwhile. Time will tell.

My first EcoTank Epson and overall I am pleased. Setup was a bit cumbersome. Biggest issue is no air print but that is my fault for not researching more before purchasing. I was able to print from my iPhone and iPad using the Smart Panel so all is good.

“This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-2400 Wireless Color Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.” It did not play any role in my opinion of the printer. I was able to get the printer unpacked and ready to use in about 30 minutes. For me this was a short amount of time and had no issues while doing so. I followed the paper guide in the box and things went smoothly. The weight and size of this is really nice and performs as well as larger all in ones. The printer has ink tanks which you use the included ink and bottles to fill. These are extra larger tanks so will last a lot longer. Plus it is so easy to fill, no need to buy ink cartridges and will save a lot of money over the life of the printer. You are able to print from your computer or a mobile device, either Android or IOS using their app. You can also adjust the print settings using the app. I was impressed with the overall printing of this using all the different ways it allows you. The printer’s LCD screen is a good size and is touch intuitive. You can copy and scan from the LCD screen on the printer. Using your computer or mobile devices you can print, copy or scan. The printing speed it pretty quick and never experienced any problems while sending any type of document to be printed. The quality if the prints, no matter how I did them, were really good. The colors are bright; they came out dry and did not smudge at all. The printer tray accepts 100 pages if paper. I used it to print from the tray into the scanner, from the scanner, did duplex printing and also from my laptop and smart phone. Not once did it jam or did the print que not work. I currently have a large office printer and honestly, this works just as good. I would recommend this to anyone, even a business owner who wants to save money on ink and still have all the functions of a good all in one printer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact I have not been using it for a longer time so do not know how well it will last.

It would also have been nice if the install flyer included a description of the front panel buttons. I also skipped registration and tried to go back later to register the product and found it impossible. One the printer was installed it worked great. It prints fast and the quality was good. I liked the small footprint. I’m looking forward to not having to buy print cartridges. Filling the ink was simple.

It will not stay connected to the wireless network for wifi printing. Continuously (5 times) had to reinstall the drivers for the printer and go through the installation process. It won't find our wifi network (finds all of the neighbors network). No instructions on who to install it if it can't find our network. Finally gave up and used it with printer cable. Would not buy again.
