The set up on this printer takes for ever, matched with the fact that there is no air print so to print anything from a computer you have to download all of the Epson software. The printer can not print double sided by itself and is a real pain to try to do so… I have also had trouble getting the printer to actually work, in my experience I have only been able to print half of the time. The printer itself also just has a very very cheap look to it! NOT WORTH YOU MONEY

I love printing from my phone, and others in the house via blue tooth. It is very easy to install, just follow the software prompts. When you first turn it on to printer from phone, it will pop up sometimes not available while it establishes connection, just try again in a minute ..

Had a old Hp printer don’t use it regularly so the ink cartridge would dry up quick if it wasn’t used regularly This printer sits for 3-4 weeks or more I turn it on and prints with o issues wish had this printer before the Hp I would’ve saved a fortune on cartridges This liquid ink last forever 10x more than a cartridge printer

If not for the add on warranty, I would need to buy a new printer 1.5 years later.... Advantages: Easy to set up. The ink lasts a looong time. Decent speed and quality of printing while it works. Disadvantages: it just stopped working one day. All the lights started blinking. Called epson, after nearly 2 hours of troubleshooting, i was told that it's unknown hardware failure. Since the printer was out of manufacturer warranty, there was nothing they could do for me. Thankfully, I purchased a 2 year protection plan from Wal-Mart by All-State. They asked me to mail the printer to them and then 2 weeks later informed me that they could not fix it and sent back the check for the full amount.

This is a terrible, basic and buggy product. It has minimal features. The printing quality is sub-par. The set-up and connectivity problems make it an absolute deal breaker. After three days of trying to keep this device to stay connected to my network, have my computers recognize it, and just get basic network printing functions to work, it was sent back. Look no farther than the phone app you use to set up it up. It has this strange, chat style process. It's just terrible.

This printer is the worst!!! Had for two weeks won’t work ! All lights keep coming on. Google’s it it says a sensor or something keeps saying paper jam when nothing in it and out of in when it’s full! When it did work it printed line and I would rather a cheap printer over this $200 down the drain!

The Epson 2400 so far is great. The printer is quick and prints in exceptional quality. The only problem I incurred was trying to get one computer with Windows 11 to connect. I am still working on finding additional software, but have not found a fix as of yet.

ATTENTION DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER, This printer is a nightmare it doesn’t have AirPrint so you won’t be able to print from your iOS device it’s not easy to use and the support center will not help you with your issues I’ve been waiting on them, I don’t even have 2 months of use and it broke down all lights flashing and now it’s not working and nobody helps on the customer support they said they will and nothing has happened since DO NOT BUY

I bought this printer and it lasted less than a year. The ink is still more than 1/2 full, original ink, but it stopped printing colors - not poor quality printing - simply no colored ink comes out. Running cleaning cycles does not work. It does still do a nice job of printing black.

I brought it last week, just got it up and running Saturday the 29 of June because it was hard to get the download program off the enternet to hook up the printer to my computer. I tried everything I could think of but anything worked. But Saturday everything came together for me and my printer is hooked up to Wi-Fi also which I had not before Thank You. But I think you should put the run program in the box with the printers.
