I like the printer, what I don’t like is that I have yet to figure out how to find the full print properties despite using YouTube and the Epson website. Apparently I should have more print properties than what is shown like turning off fast printing, different paper options, etc, I don’t have these things but Epson website shows I should. I have the very basic print property options.

Our business printer. We print thousands of instructions and packing slips yearly and this printer has been a workhorse. Periodically, I have to conduct a print head cleaning, which seems to be required for all ink jet printers, but that is the only thing we have to do. I do keep a spare one of these as a standby and will eventually be the replacement once we wear this one out. It has been going strong for over a year of hard work and already feel we have gotten our money's worth.

I like the fact that this printer does not have a major footprint. It does everything I need it to do without being too hefty or taking up too much space. Filling up the ink tanks and getting set up was super easy. My print jobs so far have come out great. No complaints.

This is a very useful printer. I paid a LOT for printers in the past until my brother told me about the new Epson Printers. Even though it is the lowest price of its type, it offers fantastic features. Easy setup. All the features work seamlessly. The ink last a long time so very cost-effective. If you haven't tried these newer Epson printers I high recommend it.

This is the best printer I’ve ever owned. It prints forever on just the bottles of ink that came with it. Ink fill is super simple and not messy at all. Print quality is awesome. It’s a little loud but I can deal with that. My photos have come out beautifully and I can print literally 100’s for next to nothing compared to an inkjet. No more running to the store for more cartridges when I’m printing out what I need. I have a lot of printing for myself in my job and no more issues running out of ink after a couple hundred pages. I’ve printed probably 500 pages since I set it up, mostly black ink and I still have 3/4 of a full ink tank.

Impossible to connect to wifi router. Several calls to Epson for assistance and nothing helped. Finally got it to connect to a phone and that was the only way to print from it but you have to download their app. Half the time the app didn't work. Then it didn't work at all Forget it. Returned and got the Epson Eco Tank ET-2803. Perfect. Setup was a breeze %26 it Works great.

while still relatively new so far the best printer Ive ever owned and Ive owned previously several Canons. Good ink savings. Design and software excellent. There is one more higher priced 2400 model that prints automatically on both sides. You can do it with this 2400 but there is a manual step to it. Overall this one is great home printer.

Setup was daunting, but the instructions were great - simple and easily understood - even for a simi-illiterate old geezer like me! The end results were bright colors and sharp B/W prints and copies. The ink-tank system will save $ and lower my irritation at dried up ink cartridges at $40 to $50 a pop! Thank you Epson!

hade the ET-2400 printer for several months. we hardly use it. on a day we needed it , lights were flashing, utility instructions are not easy to follow, contacted Epson support. waked through several trouble shooting steps. they determined its a malfunction printer snd they replace it with a "Refurbished Printer".

I love this printer.. I converted it to a sublimation printer and this printer type made that very easy.. the set up was pretty easy.. the only part I didn’t care for was the part where the ink had to cycle through the printer.. that uses up quite a bit of ink.
