[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an entry level printer work as expected. The Epson Website drivers works at first try. Wireless setup was really easy and intuitive. As described, to print for mobile devices we the epson app. Satisfied about the product.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST ELECTRONIC DEVICE I'VE EVER PURCHASED! EPSON WONT ALLOW ME TO RETURN EVEN THOUGH ITS ONLY BEEN 60 DAYS- OR EVEN UPGRADE! ALL COLOR PRINTS ARE DISTORTED AND DULL! SPEND THE EXTRA $100 AND BUY HP!

If you are expecting this to work with your Apple products, forget it. iPhone and iPad use AirPrint and this printer is NOT AirPrint compatible. Might be a great printer but, I never had the chance to test that. It claims to be iOS compatible, not entirely true.

i could never get it to print....it makes a loud popping noise,,,then stops...it says that it is printing but it is not....i tried everything......the buttons on it does not tell you what they are....instructions were not in english.....watched on youtube but it was for if you wanted to use your cell phone.....which i don't even own one...I just wanted a printer that i could print off my sermons or music....gonna try to take this back....the box for it dissapeared....oh and it did not come with the electric cord, used one off my old computer...i liked the fact of the eco tank.....but i will have to buy a different one......

junk, bought Feb. 15th this year, power strip that goes to the floating print head got caught up and ripped the strip in half.. I broke my back several years ago and I saved to get this for my son he needs it for his computer projects from school. Thanks for, well we all know the rest of this sentence, thanks for NOTHING. 4 MONTHS FOR 200.00 Back the products on your selves Walmart!!

I still can't get the ink to refill. I refilled the ink but the process that requires you to load the printer heads, doesn't actually do it. After the 20th time I tried, I gave up and am not sure what to do with the product now. It didn't come with a customer service number and since this was purchased online idk if I can return it to the store. Very sad because I really wanted this product

if youre buying this to convert to sublimination, it does amazing. It was a aggravating trying to download everything bc the instructions doesnt tell you that you need to download more from the website if you wanna make your colors more vivid and you will want too. So if youre buying this for the same reason i did be sure to go to the epson website and download the rest.

I was so excited to get this printer. We have a larger Epson Eco tank that I love but u was wanting something smaller for another office. I have had nothing but problems since about the second week. Paper jams, pixelated or lined printing, etc. I don’t even print many things! Maybe 10-20 a week. Cleaning the ports, test pages…they worked the first time or two but now they don’t help. The only thing that does work good is the wifi connectivity to print from multiple devices. It sends and everything but the printing itself is a train wreck.

Stay away from this printer. I replaced an ET-2750 Eco-Tank Epson which gave great service for years until finally expiring. This ET-2400 is a VERY limited device, having none of the ease-of-use features of the ET-2750, and lacking necessary features, for me, such as automatic double-sided printing. I consider this a bad buying decision - and now i'm stuck with it.
