hade the ET-2400 printer for several months. we hardly use it. on a day we needed it , lights were flashing, utility instructions are not easy to follow, contacted Epson support. waked through several trouble shooting steps. they determined its a malfunction printer snd they replace it with a "Refurbished Printer".

This printer has the most colorful, crisp, clear and beautiful images! I won't buy another printer again! And the ink tanks, what genius! I've been printing like crazy, 30 pages at times, and the printer is barely down. It's going to last me a year! SO cheap for printing it's a steal! Highly recommend this printer! If you buy the older model like mine, you still get the amazing features. You can buy the more expensive and newer versions, but you won't be disappointed with the earlier model because it's just as good! Enjoy!

I like the printer, what I don’t like is that I have yet to figure out how to find the full print properties despite using YouTube and the Epson website. Apparently I should have more print properties than what is shown like turning off fast printing, different paper options, etc, I don’t have these things but Epson website shows I should. I have the very basic print property options.

I am 74 years old and I had to get my son to set it up. I do like the printer very much and it prints very nice photos. I bought this printer because my son has one and him and his wife love this printer. They have had it for a year now and do a lot of printing and they still have not had to buy any ink yet. Yes I would recommend This printer highly. You can also set the printer to your phone which is what my husband did.

If you are expecting this to work with your Apple products, forget it. iPhone and iPad use AirPrint and this printer is NOT AirPrint compatible. Might be a great printer but, I never had the chance to test that. It claims to be iOS compatible, not entirely true.
