hade the ET-2400 printer for several months. we hardly use it. on a day we needed it , lights were flashing, utility instructions are not easy to follow, contacted Epson support. waked through several trouble shooting steps. they determined its a malfunction printer snd they replace it with a "Refurbished Printer".

It does not function wireless with my MacBookpro. After calling for support, they were able to print using USB cable only. I installed the app on my Pixel 6 Pro and not able to print from my phone. Price is a good. This is at my vacation home, not my primary day to day use.

Makes my marketing easier and efficient for my business. Please remember to let people know who buy this for sublimation printing that they need to buy sublimation ink and do not put the ink that comes with the printer for sublimating printing on shirts, mugs or any other craft. FedEx was kind and friendly with my barking dogs and the experience was pleasant. Thank you

i only bought this because i had an old printer that took ink cartridges and they would dry up really fast. I'm hoping this doesn't happen with this. works great had little hard time getting it connected to the wifi but got it and works great. connected everything up with my iphone.

if youre buying this to convert to sublimination, it does amazing. It was a aggravating trying to download everything bc the instructions doesnt tell you that you need to download more from the website if you wanna make your colors more vivid and you will want too. So if youre buying this for the same reason i did be sure to go to the epson website and download the rest.

The printer is ok if you only need color copies for basic use such as school or projects where color is not needed to be exact. For me though, I do many craft projects so I did need for the color to be bright and unfortunately all the colors print way too light. I wasted so much paper reprinting and trying much darker colors on my computer images only to still print light. Easy to set up. No smudging. Only jammed once after over 100 prints and was only a slight wrinkle and hasn’t done it again since. Good enough printer for my daughters in college but not for me with needing brilliant colors for centerpieces, stickers, etc. Not as clear as I was hoping but the piglet on the left is from my previous printer and the one on the right is the Epson. Same image on my computer but when printed very different.

I bought this item for sublimation, you got to download and use the Printer Utilities app and drivers you can find by typing the printer's series on the Epson's website, in order to calibrate the ink distribution for printing with sublimation Inks, but works great, fast and quiet, of course if you set it in High Quality, it will decrease the speed. If you are looking for a good and reliable printer brand with tanks, trust Epson and HP, they are the best!

I havnt had issues up until my ink pad was full i chaned out everything rest counters, now its stuck flashing the power light, wifi, paper and ink all at the same time. I have tried everything that was suggested uninstalling it from the computer and re installing it, hard reset, downloading the recovery firmware everything and its still not working. I had just put new ink into this also so thats a waste.
