hade the ET-2400 printer for several months. we hardly use it. on a day we needed it , lights were flashing, utility instructions are not easy to follow, contacted Epson support. waked through several trouble shooting steps. they determined its a malfunction printer snd they replace it with a "Refurbished Printer".

i could never get it to print....it makes a loud popping noise,,,then stops...it says that it is printing but it is not....i tried everything......the buttons on it does not tell you what they are....instructions were not in english.....watched on youtube but it was for if you wanted to use your cell phone.....which i don't even own one...I just wanted a printer that i could print off my sermons or music....gonna try to take this back....the box for it dissapeared....oh and it did not come with the electric cord, used one off my old computer...i liked the fact of the eco tank.....but i will have to buy a different one......

Unable to get this item to operate on wifi. Spent 4 hrs talking to my internet provider and epson and still no results. My xmas gift to my sister is useless. So disappointed. I will have to return this item. I have never experienced anything from your online purchases before. Your 1 star rating is only for your prompt delivery.

I should have read the reviews, but I was soooo excited to get a refillable printer. That's my own fault. It (probably?) isn't the absolute worst printer ever, but it is nowhere near what I'd consider "good" either. It does print ok and I personally found the setup quite easy. However, it is LOUD, it doesn't print front-and-back, and the colors look TERRIBLE on full-page prints. The ink does seem to last a while, so there's that. I was hoping to give this to my son to make prints and stickers of his art, but it's been thrown into the corner of the craft room to print out worksheets, recipes, and mailing labels... things that don't need to look good.

The unboxing was pretty easy..I actually like scanning a QR code and allowing my phone to tell me what to do versus trying to read a bunch of small print so that was a plus for me. Installing the ink was a breeze. Although when pulling out the ink bottle when finished, make sure you tilt the bottle upright. I did not and got a couple of small drops on my carpet. Bummer. The print quality is awesome and I haven't had any issues so far!

This printer is so slow. It takes 3 to 5 minutes to print a basic page. I am currently 30 minutes into trying to print 14 pages and am only halfway way there. Can't get it to connect to the computers in the house it keeps failing. I have to go through so many steps to print anything from my phone. Everyone in my house hold hates it. Bought this hoping to save money on ink but would rather buy ink that is triple the normal price than to wait so long for pages to print. I hate it so much I wrote this review and never write reviews. * update after 6 minute the 8th page is finally printing!! I feel my life is now complete!!

Always have been a fan of Epson and their products. I am mostly satisfied with this one except there were no directions on how to use the scanner. Looked through box several times and nothing. Still haven't got it to work or the wireless part of it won't connect either.

while still relatively new so far the best printer Ive ever owned and Ive owned previously several Canons. Good ink savings. Design and software excellent. There is one more higher priced 2400 model that prints automatically on both sides. You can do it with this 2400 but there is a manual step to it. Overall this one is great home printer.

I owned a Epson printer for 5 years . It has worn out the model discontinued. I loved it. This printer is loud. It jams up easily . It also smells. The whole box smelled musty like it had been in a wet environment . If I had to guess it was in a flood area. I should of sent it back , but really needed a scanner the day it came. I just hope it continues to work.

Prints beautiful photos. Does not print brightly on my matte sticker paper. I do not know if this is related to type of paper, and/or quality of paper. Prints in a decent amount of time. For scanning of pictures the brightness is not the same across the page. Darker shadowing noticeable in areas. Epson printing app could improve a lot more choices in the app. It’s very limited compared to Avery app etc. Editing is limited, very basic. Runs fairly quiet. YouTube influencers for crafting state you can add subliminal ink to machine and does well on this model. Though, it will void your warranty, if you do so. I am using the ink provided by Epsom. Overall, I believe I made a good investment considering I will be making a lot of prints, and photos print beautifully on glossy paper.
