Wonderful

First time roasting a prime rib eye roast. It was absolutely perfect.

Marbled and Tender

Better than expected!!! It was a good cut of excellent beef!

Remember where's the Beef? This works!

They have the best meat.  I always buy from Sams every year.

Should have left the bone in! Wonderful taste just the same. I love to “pick the bone”.

I bought for Easter was cooking it on my smoker. I had two probes to get the temp right and they never would match. When I took it off and cut it down the middle it was a large piece of fat covering about half of the roast I salvaged what I could but threw most of it out

I want to mark this 5 stars because the taste and quality were outstanding. My complaints are 1, You guys truss that thing with that terrible elastic, why can't I have the bones then, I would pay for the weight. 2, this thing was covered in small bone chips. Looked like glitter all over it. I washed it off for the most part but still super unpleasant to find in a bite of incredible quality meat.
