Just getting started need to build arm and leg strength before doing the advanced exercises. I like it so far, easy to set up, fairly easy to fold up and store although some help may be required if your really weak. Low impact for beginners at the easy settings. Easy enough to use every day, work as little or as much as you want or need.

I have never received a better packaged item. Although the Total Gym was basically ready to go right out of the box, it took 15 minutes to "unwrap" all the zipties, styrofoam and cardboard used to ship it. I have never owned a Total Gym and I am quite impressed with the quality. I am also impressed with the price of the Sam's Club version which is half the price of similar models sold elsewhere. I am just over 300 pounds and this unit is very sturdy. Many of the simiIar priced Total Gyms support 250-300 pounds. This model supports 350 and I feel safe working out with it. If a Total Gym is in your future, and the budget is tight, this is your model.

Overall the Total Gym exceeded my expectations. The only negative comment I have is regarding the floor mat. After several weeks it still does not lay flat on the floor and it is too short, only a fraction of an inch longer than the Total Gym itself, and the material it is made of slides around on the floor. I have opted to use a couple of yoga mats insead.

Just getting used to my Total gym and so far loving it. I love the gradual resistance and building up to more. Seems to be very well-made and easy to use. In the small amount of time that I have used this product, just a few weeks, already noticing some toning in my arms and abs.

I received this 2 weeks ago and I am using it 4 times per week. I love the ease of use and the DVDs that it came. It is so adjustable so as your fitness level increases, you can increase the intensity with a simple adjustment. I love it!! Great purchase

Lots of different exercises at different resistance levels keep this machine from getting boring. Wanted one for many years but they were always so expensive. Usually between $900-$1200. I couldn’t justify spending that kind of money so when I saw this one as the deal of the day for $249 I jumped on it. I have not been disappointed, would definitely recommend.

Bought a month ago, work out 3-4 times a week, progress great, can tell a difference, worth the investment. Great machine for core development. Be patient at start, you will be a bit clumsy starting and finishing routines. Repetitive and frequent workouts will improve coordination. Very important; have your workout routine planned before each workout. Keep track of exercises, reps, and total workout time. You can't manage what you can't measure.

Nice peace with all of the bells and whistles. This particular Total Gym dose the same as those costing five times the price not to mention the accessories that would cost even more. Sams Club has a supper winner here. The delivery time was average but that's great in todays uncertainty with COVID delivery times.

My wife and I have been using the Total Gym XL7 for several weeks now and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a low impact workout at home. Its versatility let's you be creative in the way you work out each muscle group and you can find ways to get a good workout even with the limiting factor of the maximum incline position. I am also 6'4" and have no problems fitting on the machine and using it for all of the exercises that I do.

Great quality at an affordable price! Easy to set up. My husband started using it right away and after a week, he is seeing a difference. I’m a little slower getting started on it but looking forward to watching the videos and learning to use the different attachments and exercises to customize my work out.
