I'm am very pleased and wish I had gotten this peace years ago. It's easy and you can work so many areas of the body by just repositioning yourself. I'm at the ripe age of 60 and this most certainly will help with stability; but the goal is weight reduction.

This machine does it all if your willing to put in the time and effort. It comes with everything you need to get in shape and using your own body weight helps you not hurt yourself or over due it. For older people it's perfect on your joints. I recommend it.

It is resistance training and feels really good. Ordered through Sam's and I'm still learning the workouts. I haven't watched the videos yet, but have found some of my favorite exercises with the provided book. I really like the abdominal core and arm exercises. This is great since it doesn't take up much room and switching the equipment to work different muscles is pretty easy.

I finally bought a Totas Gym XL7 and I am happy. I researched all of the fancy bikes, steppers, climbers and other machines seen on TV. I had no desire to buy an over-priced, over-hyped, social media machinbe. I don't need to jog through Europe or watch some fool on tv urging me onward. I wanted a work out machine and the XL7 was it. Simple and elegant, a machine for a more civilized world, the XL7 is the whole gym in one package. If you can't do an exercise on the XL7, you don't need to do it. Can't beat the Sam's Club price either. I highly recommend the Total Gym XL7

I had wanted to use one of these for years. I never knew the prices. When i saw the Sam's club price and $50 off, with a lot of the accessories, it seemed like a great deal. Then i looked at it from my home computer and it was offering a Daily Special of $45 extra discount, i just had to pull the trigger. The wheels were chaffing, or shedding a thin layer of plastic within the first few days. I called and Total Gym sent me a new set of wheels. So far , I love going through the exercises trying not to over do it too soon.

I love my Total Gym! It was easy to set up, still learning to switch out attachments with ease but I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. The flip chart and exercise guide give plenty of visual and written examples on how to get started. It offers so many different exercise options while incorporating your core into many of them. I was amazed by all it can do I got a whole lot of bang for my buck. If you are committed and disciplined it will totally transform your body. I have arthritis in my knees and already the pain has really subsided and the range of motion has improved by just doing squats on the TG. I have 3 sons, 12,16 and 20 and all agree we love the total gym!!!

I am a senior and I purchased the Total Gym XL7 to ensure that I could get a total body workout no matter what the weather whenever I wanted to. I found it pretty easy to assemble (most things were already assembled, and the attachments were the only parts that I needed to be added. Being kind on lockdown seemed to make me weak and I wanted to build my overall body strength. I love that fact that you can adjust the resistance to your level and adjust it as you build your strength. I would recommend this item to a friend

I wanted something to replace my gym workouts during the pandemic. A home gym will never equal an actual gym of course, but the XL7 is pretty good. I use it mostly for upper body. Sometimes it's a bit awkward to get initially positioned for an exercise, but overall I'm quite happy with the XL7. Construction quality is good, setup very easy, and price is fair.

Great workout with the Total Gym! I have been using it a week and going along with the DVD provided. You will feel it using many of the muscle groups you may have forgotten about. Looking forward to a noticeable improvement in the mirror and endurance.

I ordered the Total Gym XL7, but received the total gym fit. All of the accessories listed did not come with it. The dip bars, press up bars and mat were not included. I really enjoy the gym, but wish I would have gotten all the accessories that were shown.
