Seen it on TV and decided to give it a try....

At 63 and trying to stay out of covids way, I decided to try Total gym. Its very easy to use and works out all muscle groups I like to target. The Sams Club XL7 is a fantastic value compared to the TG website. Im extremely happy i found this on SC online.

Easy to set up!

I didn't take it out the box waiting for my Brother to help me put it together, well 3 weeks went by and it's still in the box after lusting after this product for years, so I decide let's watch a youtube video on how to put together, and the instructor was a female, I said if she can do it so can I, I was so proud of myself because I'm a girly girl who normally call on my Bro to put together/build/fix everything! But I DID IT, mainly because it comes put together out the box !

It's Never Too Late!

I'm am very pleased and wish I had gotten this peace years ago. It's easy and you can work so many areas of the body by just repositioning yourself. I'm at the ripe age of 60 and this most certainly will help with stability; but the goal is weight reduction.

Happy customer

I love it and even better, it's the same as all the others! Only down thing is i lost my remote to the dvd player so i cannot skip to next video. Although if you sign up, you can make a free account and have access to a ton of videos; (You have to have fast internet speed to keep it going). But over all the product is legit and makes your muscles burn! The attachments are super easy to switch around as well.

Good product, needs the chrome handles

This is the third Total Gym I've acquired since perhaps 2004. My favorite Total Gym model (I don't remember the model number) was the one with the four bungee cords as added resistance. Unfortunately this one doesn't have that option. The XL7, however, does have a few essential attachments in order to impact multiple muscle groups and increase the number of workouts. I have a couple of vexing things regarding this product. One: It came without the flip book base, so I had to call customer service and will (hopefully) receive one from the vendor. I suppose that's more of a shipping concern and not necessarily a product detraction. Two: The web handles can scrape against your hands; and if you happen to have a cut on your knuckle, it hurts. They should have included the open-ended chrome handles, although you can find them on eBay. Also, something erroneous I discovered in the exercise guide booklet. They used the same instructional images of the Butterfly for the seated Bench Press. The flip book version is correct, though. I haven't worked out on a Total Gym in years, but they are very effective. I'll attach a couple of pictures of myself from 2004 from working on the Total Gym (was also doing a low-carb diet at the time). I just hope I can get back to a semblance of that.
