Great Gym for all to stay physically fit. I am 84 pushing 85 this summer, my second total gym As I needed one in my winter home. Fit all our needs compact, easy to setup and take down for storage. The workout is easily set for the younger folks as well as the older generation.

Great workout with the Total Gym! I have been using it a week and going along with the DVD provided. You will feel it using many of the muscle groups you may have forgotten about. Looking forward to a noticeable improvement in the mirror and endurance.

I am a senior and I purchased the Total Gym XL7 to ensure that I could get a total body workout no matter what the weather whenever I wanted to. I found it pretty easy to assemble (most things were already assembled, and the attachments were the only parts that I needed to be added. Being kind on lockdown seemed to make me weak and I wanted to build my overall body strength. I love that fact that you can adjust the resistance to your level and adjust it as you build your strength. I would recommend this item to a friend

This item is not the latest and greatest Total Gym has to offer, however for a workout beginner it's a good place to start. Item is sturdy and well-made and will probably last many years. It is much heavier than I thought it would be. Not practical to fold it up after each use. You need a space where you can leave it set-up, which fortunately I have. The price at Sam's Club was excellent, the lowest I found anywhere while researching this. The DVD's provided are not for a beginner. The written material that comes with it does provide good guidance for a beginner.

I love it and even better, it's the same as all the others! Only down thing is i lost my remote to the dvd player so i cannot skip to next video. Although if you sign up, you can make a free account and have access to a ton of videos; (You have to have fast internet speed to keep it going). But over all the product is legit and makes your muscles burn! The attachments are super easy to switch around as well.

This is a great piece of exercise equipment that works every muscle in your body. But beware it is a little heavier than they make it appear in the infomercials. They make it look so easy to fold up and slide under a bed. I can assure you it isn't that easy especially for one person to do. Mine will stay set up because it is too hard to fold up and set up to many times. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Other than that, I love the total gym and can't wait to see my results after using it for a while.

I bought the total gym 2 months ago and use it often. It replaces an old total gym that bent after 10+ year of use. This one rolls much smother and seem sturdier the the last one. Very good price compared to the total gyms at the total gym site. Very pleased.

At 63 and trying to stay out of covids way, I decided to try Total gym. Its very easy to use and works out all muscle groups I like to target. The Sams Club XL7 is a fantastic value compared to the TG website. Im extremely happy i found this on SC online.

I didn't take it out the box waiting for my Brother to help me put it together, well 3 weeks went by and it's still in the box after lusting after this product for years, so I decide let's watch a youtube video on how to put together, and the instructor was a female, I said if she can do it so can I, I was so proud of myself because I'm a girly girl who normally call on my Bro to put together/build/fix everything! But I DID IT, mainly because it comes put together out the box !

I bought this machine a month ago and it has been an excellent purchase! Wish I had bought one sooner! I get all the workouts I want plus more for extra workouts! I am glad I bought this and would highly recommend this to friends and family!
