I bought this about a month ago & have been thrilled with my purchase. I bought from Sam's Club because of price. All the accessories are expensive if bought separate & this package has all the accessories that I wanted. I am noticeably getting stronger and enjoy the gym daily, some days more than once a day. The gym was packaged well and easy to set up. I can't imagine not having this in my home now that I have experienced the convenience of not having to go out to the gym.

I purchase the total gym for me and my whole family is using it. The best thing about the equipment is that it has a work out program even for kids my 13 year old daughter and my 15 year old are using it. My husband suffers from chronic pain and he is able to use it as well, it is very easy to use, I love that it came with many dvd to watch based on what your personal challenges are. I am very busy and it came with a dvd with a total work out within 6-8 minute this works perfect for me. I total recommend this to everyone.

I was skeptical to purchase this but wanted something that wouldn’t create a lot of weight on my upstairs floors, yet would allow me to build muscle and improve cardio. This is now my favorite thing in my gym! Highly recommended, especially if you need low impact or have join trouble or are super short like me and have trouble with normal gym equipment. (I’m 5’, husband loves it too and he’s 5,10)

Bought this about a month ago, and set it up right away. Our old Total Gym (1980 model) had started to finally work the worse for wear. Instead of trying to get replacement parts (rolls and such) we thought about getting a new one. Was so happy when Sam's put this one on sale, WITH the accessories AND the workout videos. This model is steps up in smoothness and operation from our old model. The accessories are solid and easier to set up on the machine than their old counterparts. For general and fitness workout, we still think the Total Gym is the best bang for our buck. Having the convenience of working out at home instead of having to deal with 'gym hours' or 'gym crowds' is a plus, as is the fact that since it uses body weight (percentage, based on the incline level chosen) you get a great workout without having to store hundreds of pounds of free weights and plates.

I hesitated for several weeks before purchasing this item from Sam’s club. I am so glad I did though. It seems extremely well-made and sturdy. A very simple but ingenious concept! All body weight and gravity! I expect this item to last for many years. And has already been mentioned, possibly one of the best packaged Items that I have ever purchased online. The mat does come with the equipment. So for those who did not get the mat, I would try contacting the manufacturer as that was likely an error. The set up instructions and exercise instructions are in perfect English (!) and answered any questions I had during unpacking and complete set up, and use. The only recommendation I would have for the future is for one of the DVDs included to be for beginner instead of intermediate fitness level. I am using this to rehab an injured shoulder, and for Dr. Ben’s super slow SMaRT training with my own modifications to protect the shoulder. It is an excellent machine!

I have never received a better packaged item. Although the Total Gym was basically ready to go right out of the box, it took 15 minutes to "unwrap" all the zipties, styrofoam and cardboard used to ship it. I have never owned a Total Gym and I am quite impressed with the quality. I am also impressed with the price of the Sam's Club version which is half the price of similar models sold elsewhere. I am just over 300 pounds and this unit is very sturdy. Many of the simiIar priced Total Gyms support 250-300 pounds. This model supports 350 and I feel safe working out with it. If a Total Gym is in your future, and the budget is tight, this is your model.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the Total Gym!! It is extremely heavy duty!! I had read some comments that this particular package was advertised to include many accessories but when the customer received it, they were not included. I was thrilled to see that every possible accessory was packed in the box, including the floor mat! The instructional DVD is good, as well. The unit also comes with a very detailed flip chart describing and demonstrating each of the dozens of exercises that you can do, as well as a detailed booklet. It also includes a very basic nutrition guide. I am so excited to begin my Total Gym journey. I realize that there is a learning curve but I feel that this will become a regular component of my fitness regime!

It provided a great workout from day one! When the delivery driver dropped it 100 feet from the house. It's a little heavy. Takes up quite a bit of room and you don't want to knock it down every day. But I'm still using it after 3 weeks and have not started hanging clothes on it yet.

Had a total gym almost 20 years ago. Loved it! Wore out the cables I used it so much. The design has improved and the attachments are great! Simple to use with circuit training programs included. A complete body work out for sure. I'm 54 years old and this was just what I needed to get back in a regular routine. I can not work out in a gym with a mask on! Highly recommend!

Bought a month ago, work out 3-4 times a week, progress great, can tell a difference, worth the investment. Great machine for core development. Be patient at start, you will be a bit clumsy starting and finishing routines. Repetitive and frequent workouts will improve coordination. Very important; have your workout routine planned before each workout. Keep track of exercises, reps, and total workout time. You can't manage what you can't measure.
