I wanted something modern looking that worked well and man did LG deliver. It's beautiful, has really great features and works fantastically. I didn't know I could love a microwave so much!

I decided to purchase all LG products for my kitchen, (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave). I am very pleased with the microwave and its performance. I love the feature where I only have to press the numeric digit and not 00 after it to start the microwave.

We bought this a couple of months ago and we are somewhat satisfied. The only complaint is that the control panel is not back lit. Big mistake as you basically need a flashlight to read the panel at night even with lighting on. Just don’t understand how much LG would consider savings for eliminating this critical feature on any appliances. Yes we have the same complaint with the LG gas range we purchased. L

We bought this model after checking out a LOT of units and this model has a bunch of features, Cooks Very Quickly and connects to Wifi for updates or Maintenance issues. A very helpful feature. One touch cooking, 4 speed exhaust fan that works GREAT!! A helpful feature if you are concerned with gas cooking combustion gas removal.

Like all the features of the microwave. Especially the no handle. Was constantly washing hand prints and messes from my old one. Since this opens at the bottom stays nice and clean looking. Has all the features needed. The only negative is the height as it is closer to the range than my previous one.

The cook area is a little smaller than our old one, but many more features with smart capabilities. Love the smart defrost/reheat feature. Takes the guess work out of defrosting and from learning a new device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nicely designed except buttons could be backlight for better visibility. Booton cooktop light should be LED. The halogen bulb should not be used in a modern day appliance! It gets extremely hot and gives poor light!

When I had to replace my over-the-oven microwave, I investigated which brands would fit in the opening and customer ratings of those brands. I kept seeing the unfamiliar LG brand. Upon further investigation I learned that it's a relatively new company but had good ratings. Given that the price included installation as well as hauling off the old microwave, I had to give it a chance. I've been very pleased with it's perfomance & all the options it has.

So far so good. This microwave is one stylish edition to our home. It has a beautiful look, great lighting, adequate ventilation and boasts a very user friendly interface. I'm a DIY guy and found it very easy to install. We love the two cubic feet interior as it allows us to fit an entire large pizza box inside if needed. The outside being all glass is also very easy to clean. Our family loves this new microwave and our daughter especially loves all the little chimes it makes when the timer is done or when the items inside are ready.
