Love it. Works well and heats well. Opens and closes easily, I did not want a handle one and I like the pull open on the door. I can see all the setting buttons on the outside so I know what I have to set it to when heating or cooking. I like the inside hints on heating and cooking that it came with.

I've had this unit for a couple weeks now. It works well, as expected. Very nice clean look is what first attracted me to this model, the array of features hooked me. Every setting that I've tried so far has worked perfectly. The cheery chimes when the food is finished is a nice touch too. I'm very happy with my purchase.

We had purchased another brand of Microwave as it seemed to fit our space better but it was not of good quality at all. So we decided to really look into which was best and why. We felt this product was well reviewed, plenty of features, found out it was very easy to install and now that we've used it a couple of weeks we could not be happier

At my age of 82 The most important thing is the systems respond to my needs to warm up my coffee ,to frying my chicken .The heat from the oven is quick to heat up to the temp I need for baking and all my other needs..It has outstanding looks that my old kitchen needed and adds new lifeto my kitchen.Second to all microwave is so simple to use and great to look at.

After extensively reviewing of all available OTR microwaves we chose this one in black SS. It heats well, is not noisy, has nice lighting, the buttons respond well, and is fairly finger print resistant. It came well packaged and was very easy to install. I only use the WiFi for the unit to self diagnose any problems.

I thought my old range was pretty good, but found out what I thought was force of habit because I was so familiar with my old friend. Love the new features and eating French fry out is a thing of the past. So thank full to have it. Sometimes saying good bye to a working buddy is tough to do, but so glad I did.

I just love it, so quiet, and have use alot of the features but still more to learn. It works great for thawing items! I love the chime that chimes more than once to remind you to take out your item.

Initially wanted a new microwave in the black stainless to replace my old black one. I felt like my 9 year old microwave was working fine until the new one was installed. So many new cooking features and no more half or unevenly heated food. Love the controls on the door and no more handle to clean. Very happy I replaced with this model.

My girlfriend sleeps on the couch sometimes and I do not talk with her if she is not awake as I cannot bother her with any questions. I was at work and the app let me know that the food was done cooking. I knew that she just used the microwave so I knew she was awake. I called and said I knew she was up and she asked how I knew. The microwave told me on my phone. She laughed so hard and I did too. It is a great microwave and it looks good too. Garry Millard
