Since I had to replace my stove, figured I would replace the microwave as well so they matched. What a difference! It’s bigger, works great with more options and looks fantastic! Love that it opens from the side with no handle, so fewer fingerprints on front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to match the rest of our LG appliances. It was easy to install and is packed with useful features. The only reason I knocked off a star is the bottom bulb that lights the range is a horrible halogen bulb that produced so much heat we thought it would be a fire hazard. We had to spend additional money to replace it with a LED bulb.

Like all the features of the microwave. Especially the no handle. Was constantly washing hand prints and messes from my old one. Since this opens at the bottom stays nice and clean looking. Has all the features needed. The only negative is the height as it is closer to the range than my previous one.

We bought this model of Microwave because we already had an LG Refrigerator and Oven and we really liked the fact that they have access to the internet for future updates or for troubleshooting a problem. We really like the defrost feature because it seems like the items we want to thaw out are not getting to hot or not hot enough and items thaw out much more evenly. The only thing I would like to have is backlit buttons so you can see them in the dark without turning the lights on. Otherwise it's been a real time saver and easy to use.

We replaced our broken one and this one is quieter and slightly bigger inside. My wife loves it and the only issue i had is when making popcorn. I use to use a glass popcorn container but for some reason, when hitting the button for popcorn, it does not pop most of the kernels. So I tried a paper bag and that works perfectly. No other issues with it.

I've had this microwave for about a month. Operation is quiet, it looks sleek and works well. The only negatives are some of the venting puts moisture out from the front left side which accumulates on the cabinets. The door is also huge, but that isn't a con. I'd definitely buy it again. Especially if it was on sale!

Many options for just reheating leftovers and preparing meals. The interior cleans up with little effort. The WIFI helps monitoring the progress of what you set for cooking.

Also the light when on high overheats everything, the glass turn tray you can not touch it because it is so hot. The metal surfaces of the front of the microwave get extremely hot to a point that we do not use it due to a potential fire hazard. Very poor engineering. The microwave itself is fine.

I bought this and it was delivered on 12/23/22. Installed and the start button does not work. LG came out said needs a new door assembly. They don’t have it in stock it is back ordered so no idea when it will get fixed. I had such high hopes on this purchase. Also bought LG refrigerator and dishwasher, hope I have better luck with those.

I wanted something modern looking that worked well and man did LG deliver. It's beautiful, has really great features and works fantastically. I didn't know I could love a microwave so much!
