We purchased this microwave as our other one stopped working. This one is larger on the inside and has more features than our old one. Not sure we will use all of them, but nice to have the option to do so. The microwave works great and we are very happy with our purchase so far.

I bought this as a replacement for my original appliance in this suite. After only 3 years it suddenly stopped working, I would have preferred to change brands after that, but I wanted it to match the rest. This is why I give 3 stars, I’m concerned about reliability of the brand. The dishwasher stopped working at 2 years old, the microwave at 3 years. Wonder how the fridge and stove will last- time will tell. The microwave looks big, but most of that space is the menu at the door opening, it’s not bigger inside than the previous model. I much prefer having a handle, the pull inside the door, on right side, is where you pull from. it’s just another thing that will eventually break. In general it’s nice looking and decent price. It’s just not a reliable brand.

Satisfied with much of the unit, but the rotation of the turntable is considered a settings function. It is not.... It is an operations function. Stopping and starting the rotation is not a user friendly method. Otherwise, the microwave is a very good kitchen device.

We had purchased another brand of Microwave as it seemed to fit our space better but it was not of good quality at all. So we decided to really look into which was best and why. We felt this product was well reviewed, plenty of features, found out it was very easy to install and now that we've used it a couple of weeks we could not be happier

We bought this model of Microwave because we already had an LG Refrigerator and Oven and we really liked the fact that they have access to the internet for future updates or for troubleshooting a problem. We really like the defrost feature because it seems like the items we want to thaw out are not getting to hot or not hot enough and items thaw out much more evenly. The only thing I would like to have is backlit buttons so you can see them in the dark without turning the lights on. Otherwise it's been a real time saver and easy to use.

I've had it for a month paired with an LG gas range which I love. I like the microwave but have some issues: the black front glass is impossible to read without the kitchen lights on. The light shining down on the cooktop is halogen and therefore runs hot and is not as bright as I would hope. Looking at where the light is it appears plenty of room for a second and more important should be LED bulb. Otherwise seems like a typical LG product, solid.

I have no complaints about this microwave at all. It looks amazing - it has the glass front controls instead of the cheap plastic that my prior microwave had and I really like how there is no handle sticking out. The performance has been perfect, too. I have used the casserole, soup and defrost settings - all were perfect. I can't find anything to fault this microwave on so far.

I love my new LG 2.0 CU. FT. smart over-the-RANGE MICROWAVE. It works very well. Very classy looking. It looks expensive but was priced very reasonable. Easy to use functions. LG is a company I can trust to provide awesome and dependable appliances. I have plans to get an LG electric Range in the very near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on the perfect new over range microwave because we had left our broken one up for some years and had been using just an on the counter. This one is super sleek. The door is extra long so that took some getting used to but we love it. My son did forget to put water in a macroni bowl and it lit on fire inside it so it took on this smell for a while. However, it’s gone now after a month and it still works!
