Installed three weeks ago unable to use I paid for installation the unit was installed incorrectly the unit needs the vent motor reversed for room venting it was not so it has been unusable waiting to find out when they are showing up to correct this I paid for the install to be hassle free unfortunately that has not been the case.

I purchased the microwave 3 weeks ago. While the features of the microwave work well, we are currently waiting for a replacement. The heat generated by the light installed under the microwave is excessive. The inside bottom of the microwave is so hot when the light is on that it will burn your fingers.

The cook area is a little smaller than our old one, but many more features with smart capabilities. Love the smart defrost/reheat feature. Takes the guess work out of defrosting and from learning a new device

This microwave comes loaded with may great features, and cooks/heats very well. It does have some quirks though. For one it seems to tilt downwards and the top of the frame never pulls up snug to the cabinet. Another issue is that the bottom bulb is not working, and I have not had time to troubleshoot that. The other thing is the door. It runs the entire width of the unit, and when open sticks out so far.

Love it. Works well and heats well. Opens and closes easily, I did not want a handle one and I like the pull open on the door. I can see all the setting buttons on the outside so I know what I have to set it to when heating or cooking. I like the inside hints on heating and cooking that it came with.

This microwave was just another addition to my already extensive lg appliance collection and it fits right in. Beautifully designed but more importantly it does an amazing job reheating specific dishes based on what options you choose. The only drawback is it makes the rest of my kitchen look outdated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great in the kitchen. Has all the features you want and plenty of power. All of the automatic settings make cooking easy. My only nitpick is that the door is so wide that it's easy to hit your head on it when open if you aren't careful.

This design matches the new appliances in my kitchen perfectly. I had an LG before this model too and simply love it. This LG is beautiful and sleek. I did not realize when I ordered it online, that it does not have a handle. Rather, it opens like my new refrigerator by using the edge of the product. As a relatively short person, this has been an issue. At least once a week, I hit the door on my face because there is no handle to hang onto. I have my mother living in the same residence as my family now too and it has certainly been an issue for her, where she has started "ducking" every time she opens or closes it. Otherwise, the microwave has cooked wonderfully. Super fast, no worries with the operation. If I had paid attention, I would have got the product with the handle. Oh, well, I will make it work!!

I've had this unit for a couple weeks now. It works well, as expected. Very nice clean look is what first attracted me to this model, the array of features hooked me. Every setting that I've tried so far has worked perfectly. The cheery chimes when the food is finished is a nice touch too. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've had this microwave for about a month. Operation is quiet, it looks sleek and works well. The only negatives are some of the venting puts moisture out from the front left side which accumulates on the cabinets. The door is also huge, but that isn't a con. I'd definitely buy it again. Especially if it was on sale!
