Love it! The flat front is very modern and classy, just the upgrade I was looking for. Price is also great. I didn’t need all the extra fancy features like air fry, but the popcorn, soften, and melt work well for my needs in addition to just heating leftovers. So glad I went with this one!

I purchased the microwave 3 weeks ago. While the features of the microwave work well, we are currently waiting for a replacement. The heat generated by the light installed under the microwave is excessive. The inside bottom of the microwave is so hot when the light is on that it will burn your fingers.

Very happy with the range so far. Really like that it has Air Fry capability. The only downside is you have to be very careful because it is very easy to accidently turn on the stove top by bumping against the knobs. There is a lock feature if yo can remember that. I connected the range to wifi using the LG app because I was hoping there was a feature that could alert me when the stove is on. I was not able to finde that in the app. The app will tell you it is on but you have to open the app to check.

We purchased this microwave as our other one stopped working. This one is larger on the inside and has more features than our old one. Not sure we will use all of them, but nice to have the option to do so. The microwave works great and we are very happy with our purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to match the rest of our LG appliances. It was easy to install and is packed with useful features. The only reason I knocked off a star is the bottom bulb that lights the range is a horrible halogen bulb that produced so much heat we thought it would be a fire hazard. We had to spend additional money to replace it with a LED bulb.

We bought this model of Microwave because we already had an LG Refrigerator and Oven and we really liked the fact that they have access to the internet for future updates or for troubleshooting a problem. We really like the defrost feature because it seems like the items we want to thaw out are not getting to hot or not hot enough and items thaw out much more evenly. The only thing I would like to have is backlit buttons so you can see them in the dark without turning the lights on. Otherwise it's been a real time saver and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is very different from our previous one. It has been a real joy to use. Very simple to operate, and it has more power. The notification music is very different from just the beeping we were used to with our old unit. We have become familiar with the tunes and are pleased with how it notifies us. Overall, we are extremely happy with this microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were originally upset because we had to replace our old microwave that broke. But now I am happy it did. I really like the new features on they microwave especially the soften feature for softening butter without melting it.
