Display is lagging or broken

After a year, the display is lagging so bad, when you need to use the timer or cook something, the clock just stays on the display. the display wont update at all until you open the door. so if you used the microwave at 1:45pm, the clock wont update until the open the door next and then stuck on that time

FIRE HAZARD

I haven't had the microwave very long, but I put a potatoe in it and pushed the potatoe button and then went to my computer to work for a minute. My house was filled with smoke and the fire alarms going off and luckily my wife noticed that the potatoe was on fire inside the microwave and stopped it. It broke the microwave (wont turn on anymore) so it no longer works but could have been a much worse situation.

Good but needed to be repaired x 2

I bought this microwave almost a year and few months ago. I loved the spacious and easy way to use, but I had to call for service and they had to replace the main computer board and the magnetron twice. At least both times it was under warranty. I still love the microwave, but disappointed that it had to be repaired twice.

Super quiet

Easier to read display

Large capacity but could use a better display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint so far is it is difficult to read the options on the display panel. They are almost grayed out. I do like you can turn off the sounds and the capacity is large.

Love the express settings!

I've had this microwave for about 2 weeks. So far I'm very impressed with it. I especially like that its many easy-to-use express cooking settings are summarized on a panel inside the door for easy reference.
