Cooks Wonderfully, but...
The power on this is wonderful, cooks evenly. drawback is that the guide for time/food cooking is not backlit or clearly discernable. Turn on room lights and open door, remember the setting and then close door and look for buttons to push per direction on inside of closed door. Not a lot of thought went into practical operation.

Works Fine
I bought this two weeks ago and am still getting use to the functions but so far it does the job. Two slight negatives: The menu items are hard to read in low lighting and becasue it has not as hiabout gh (same width) as my old microwave there is a 2 inch gap above the backsplash that is just drywall. It can only be sen from a distance (unless you are a very short person. I plan to remedy by painting drywall same color as backsplash. Will not be noticeable.

Made for tall people
Sadly, this product has been designed for extra tall people. The window is too high (the selection keys are at eye level (?) instead of on the side, the light is not bright at all and only on the left hand side. I am 173 cm (which is average tall for a woman), and it was installed as per North America standard height, and I can't see anything in the lower half. I would not purchase this product again, nor recommend it for anyone shorter than me! It is dangerous to use when you cannot see what is cooking.

Great product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave about one month ago, very happy how it works. I also have a thin q stove and both are hooked up to wi-fi. When you turn the stove on to cook the exhaust fan automatically comes on. I love this feature that they both work together. I would recommend LG products to anyone. Quality products.
Great performance and price
We had to replace an over-the-range microwave, so we did a little bit of research and came up with the LG MVEL203F. It was easy to install ourselves (we are "handy") and it is attractive yet minimal; has good power (1050 W) and space inside, well-thought-out, well-designed. In short, it pleases us on all levels. No regrets whatsoever. If I had a "wish" to make, it would be to get rid of the "ice cream truck" tune it plays when it shuts off after cooking is done. OUCH.. I did turn the sound off, but alas, it renders the Timer function pretty useless. A great unit, all told. Nothing is perfect anyway.

Door hits cabinets
Installed and the door to open the microwave will not open because it hits the cabinets. What a stupid design. Why would the door not be able to swing open. Our cabinets are standard and we have a 30” gap just the microwave before. No one else has ran into this issue?
Best Microwave Oven I’ve owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to wait a couple weeks so I could give honest opinion. I absolutely love this microwave oven. It really “modernizes” the look above my oven. It is “super spacious” inside and clean up in it is a breeze. I LOVE the looks and the full glass front with stainless steel frame. Honestly…I have no problems with fingerprints. (My front side button panel,on my old microwave oven “constantly” showed prints compared to this). Heats super fast with less amount of time. Love the seconds buttons and many cooking options and features this oven has to offer. I’m very impressed with it so far.

Great looking with great features. Nice upgrade
A great upgrade to my LG kitchen. This microwave is very good looking . The flush handles work really well. No ugly plastic handle protuberance to distract from the large smooth front of this very attractive microwave oven. It’s powerful. Quiet. Spacious. Easy to program with plenty of options. WiFi connection makes use even more convenient for busy families like ours .
