Micro wave

I have had my air fryer micro wave a little over a year. I have never got the air fryer to work correctly and the bottom of my door has melted!!!! It's a over the stove microwave!! I am sooooo unhappy I will NEVER buy a LG anything any more!

Too Load, average heating

The Microwave is too loud. Also the heating is not good. It has uneven heating. When heating a coffee mug, the upper part of the cup is too hot and even boiling but underneath half of the cup is warm/cold..
