Unreliable and Poor Build Quality
I bought this microwave less than 2 years ago and it already stopped working. It no longer heats food up. Prior to this microwave, I have had other microwaves that lasted for many years without any issues. It is unreliable and the build quality is poor.

Great Microwave. Worth the price for sure.

I like all the light and fan speed settings. Also the smoothness of he front is so nice. No handles! I’m happy with my purchase.

Doesn’t work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this a few days ago, spent yesterday installing it and today was woken up by grandson telling me it doesn’t work. I tried it and confirmed it doesn’t work. Really! So much for the most reliable appliance. I have an LG dishwasher, stove and refrigerator being delivered on Tuesday. Let’s hope I don’t have the same experience with those appliances. Very disappointed.

Terrible controls
The controls are a dim print on a dark surface and very difficult to see unless the room light is bright. The view window is tiny and narrow, making monitoring food difficult. You cannot see items like a sandwich unless you are tall, and the interior LED is not bright enough to offset the tiny, dark glass window. The narrow lower mounting bracket (light gauge) bent while installing, and the AC cord is in a weird position. The top screws were in non-standard places; installation was a hassle. If someone steals it, they'd be doing me a favor. The exhaust fan is perfect, and the bottom lighting is OK. However, with the brightest setting for the bottom light, the interior floor of the oven is noticeably hot from the lamp. This is a model to avoid.

Performs quite well
I bought this microwave a month ago and am generally pleased with this model. There are some improvements that I would suggest. The light under the oven is barely betten than a night light. More light shining down on the cooktop below would be great! The buttons on the glass door are impossible to read in the dark. The kitchen lights must be on to use the microwave.

great when it worked.
We bought this microwave and had it installed February 1st, It worked for a month. It was not heating the food. Now we are having to deal with getting it fixed which has been a nightmare. its July and we still don't have a working microwave. still going threw the process of getting it fixed. Thanks LG.

Just installed this Microwave and was feeling overwhelmed by its functions. I have always bought Panasonic Microwaves but decided to give LG a try. The first item I wanted to cook was a frozen dinner that I had made……I could not find a sensor to do this….tried checking YouTube for a video on the functions for this microwave but could not find anything…any assistance would be welcomed.
DO NOT BUY
Replacement parts either don't exist or are more expensive than entire unit itself. Unit was delivered with a latent defect and despite the fact that I am willing to pay to replace the part that I didn't notice until 6 weeks after purchase, I am in a position where it will be cheaper to buy a whole new unit rather than making a small repair. Ill donate the unit and buy a quality brand that stands behind their product.

Very happy customer!

I love the many cooking features and the timer, four speed fan, and light over the cooking surface are all exactly what I was hoping for. I have an LG washer/dryer pair that is going strong after 16 years. My stove and oven are great! Cannot say enough good about the LG brand and my specific products!
