[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month using my LG microwave, I’m still impressed and so very satisfied. The app is great! I can scan and set a cook time, and leave a room and hear through the app when my food is done heating or cooking.

Purchased last month. Works great! Also very attractive - without handles. Looks fantastic in a modern kitchen. Plenty of features. Good price. Unfortunately, replaced another LG microwave that only lasted 4 years. Went with LG to match the other appliances in the kitchen. Hope this one has a longer life - why I only gave 4 stars.

I bought this microwave brand since I recently replaced other appliances with LG. I am pleased with this product. It compliments my kitchen. I had to learn how to cook my food to my level of heat. I like the defrost feature and the suggestions on the screen. Check it out when shopping for a microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this microwave. Great features, nice appearance. Only gave it 4 starts because you can't change the chime to a beep when cooking is done and buttons are not super sensitive you have to push a little harder.

We bought this a couple of months ago and we are somewhat satisfied. The only complaint is that the control panel is not back lit. Big mistake as you basically need a flashlight to read the panel at night even with lighting on. Just don’t understand how much LG would consider savings for eliminating this critical feature on any appliances. Yes we have the same complaint with the LG gas range we purchased. L

I decided to purchase all LG products for my kitchen, (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave). I am very pleased with the microwave and its performance. I love the feature where I only have to press the numeric digit and not 00 after it to start the microwave.

Exterior gets dirty easy but super easy to clean. Cheap filters. Fits a decent amount of food and the timing and notifications are great. Love being able to control it from my phone, with this you can scan a barcode and put the item in and it does it for you.

This microwave comes loaded with may great features, and cooks/heats very well. It does have some quirks though. For one it seems to tilt downwards and the top of the frame never pulls up snug to the cabinet. Another issue is that the bottom bulb is not working, and I have not had time to troubleshoot that. The other thing is the door. It runs the entire width of the unit, and when open sticks out so far.

We were in a pinch, Christmas was coming up and the door to our old Microwave fell off. We needed a new unit, wanted it installed and the timing limited our options. Every day we use this microwave we find something we didn't know was included. Steam cooking, WiFi capability, timer for the fan. The list goes on.
