I thought my old range was pretty good, but found out what I thought was force of habit because I was so familiar with my old friend. Love the new features and eating French fry out is a thing of the past. So thank full to have it. Sometimes saying good bye to a working buddy is tough to do, but so glad I did.

Really like this microwave. Was skeptical after our first failed to work after 1 day and had to be replaced Took some getting used some of the self start & sensor settings . Was highly skeptical about the sensor cooking, but my opinion has made a complete 180. Love that I can see my stove underneath. Like the powerful exhaust. Easy to clean and operate.

This microwave comes loaded with may great features, and cooks/heats very well. It does have some quirks though. For one it seems to tilt downwards and the top of the frame never pulls up snug to the cabinet. Another issue is that the bottom bulb is not working, and I have not had time to troubleshoot that. The other thing is the door. It runs the entire width of the unit, and when open sticks out so far.

Very nice over-stove microwave overall. However, at least 2 quirks: turning off the turntable is awkward at best (buried in "settings") when it should be simple on/off button; and wifi app notifies of every time the unit turns off, which is pretty useless when simply warming some coffee for 30 or 60 seconds and everything else in the course of a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this items few months ago and we are very happy with the unit. The one issue we have is that the light over our stove is now very dim. My previous hood provided exceptional light for my cooking space but even on high, the light is very dim. LG should consider using a brighter bulb.

So far so good. This microwave is one stylish edition to our home. It has a beautiful look, great lighting, adequate ventilation and boasts a very user friendly interface. I'm a DIY guy and found it very easy to install. We love the two cubic feet interior as it allows us to fit an entire large pizza box inside if needed. The outside being all glass is also very easy to clean. Our family loves this new microwave and our daughter especially loves all the little chimes it makes when the timer is done or when the items inside are ready.

Love it! The flat front is very modern and classy, just the upgrade I was looking for. Price is also great. I didn’t need all the extra fancy features like air fry, but the popcorn, soften, and melt work well for my needs in addition to just heating leftovers. So glad I went with this one!

Installed three weeks ago unable to use I paid for installation the unit was installed incorrectly the unit needs the vent motor reversed for room venting it was not so it has been unusable waiting to find out when they are showing up to correct this I paid for the install to be hassle free unfortunately that has not been the case.

Just finished installing my second set of LG appliances (different house), as I generally like them. However, I ignored the comments that the microwave controls are hard to see because they aren't lighted. How bad could it be? It IS bad. I can hardly read the buttons even with all of my kitchen lights on.
