Like all the features of the microwave. Especially the no handle. Was constantly washing hand prints and messes from my old one. Since this opens at the bottom stays nice and clean looking. Has all the features needed. The only negative is the height as it is closer to the range than my previous one.

We have been looking at this microwave for a while now, so glad we finally bought it. Love all the features, works great, super quiet. Only thing we would want is the panel to light up. But not a game changer that we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone or return it. Just a personal like.

I love to cook and having two ovens to accomplish this is a blessing. The air fryer is an added bonus and because it is so much bigger than the counter top ones, you can cook up more food in just the one timing. The cook top has 5 burners and they all are easy to control as far as the amount of heat. It took just a few times to adjust myself to the knobs and how they work for the burners, but an easy learning curve. I have only needed and used the steam clean for the inside just once, but it is very impressive. My only issue is with the bottom of the double oven. When I opened it to pull out an item, I did not realize the door doesn't open flat all the way down, and when I pulled out the rack, it hit the inside of the door and chipped off the blue interior. All in all, this is very easy to clean and functions very well.

The cook area is a little smaller than our old one, but many more features with smart capabilities. Love the smart defrost/reheat feature. Takes the guess work out of defrosting and from learning a new device

Initially wanted a new microwave in the black stainless to replace my old black one. I felt like my 9 year old microwave was working fine until the new one was installed. So many new cooking features and no more half or unevenly heated food. Love the controls on the door and no more handle to clean. Very happy I replaced with this model.

I bought this a few weeks ago, and am super impressed so far. Even with same wattage as my last unit this one works so much quicker. Clean looks, touch screen controls a big plus!!! I'm not sure I need notifications when someone is done cooking their meal, but hey options in this new tech age is what we asked for...LG delivers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this items few months ago and we are very happy with the unit. The one issue we have is that the light over our stove is now very dim. My previous hood provided exceptional light for my cooking space but even on high, the light is very dim. LG should consider using a brighter bulb.

We bought this for a kitchen remodel for our home in November 2022. It is a decent microwave. However, the box had the wrong specs on it which our cabinet contractor relied on to build our cabinets. It was totally incorrect and the unit was actually 2 inches shorter than the specs listed on the box. So when this was installed, there was a 2 in gap on the side of the cabinets and the wall where the microwave should have aligned. The bottom of the microwave should be flush with the bottom of the top cabinets. This is on LG, not the retailer. We had to pay extra to put a filler wood at the top and lower the microwave so it aligns with the cabinets. Otherwise the microwave is decent. Also, once installed the microwave is not even (slightly off angle). It cost us extra to remove the microwave, have it re-installed, only to learn that it was the unit that is off. I docked a star (wish I could dock another half star for this). In addition, this style due to location of buttons and where you open the door leaves a lot of fingerprints and smudges. Not the cleanest looking model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] . (Door too long though) . Easy auto settings. LED light should be two of them separated within the opening and burn . Wish light could be on timer for night time. Loved feature of fan can be on timer to shut off later.

We purchased this microwave as our other one stopped working. This one is larger on the inside and has more features than our old one. Not sure we will use all of them, but nice to have the option to do so. The microwave works great and we are very happy with our purchase so far.
