Well, the microwave lasted a week and then it quit heating. I will give the LG Service a 5 star because they were here the next business day and we were only down a couple of days. Other than the initial problems, the oven has been great..

Bought this microwave a few months ago and so far we love it. It has so many options! My son loves using the kids meal option, he thinks that is pretty cool. The light and fan speed on this microwave is excellent. Great microwave overall!

Great microwave, so many different features I haven’t tried them all. Popcorn feature worked well stopped popping at right time. The inside is very large and is easy to clean.

I’ve had this microwave for about a month. It is sleek looking and has many nice features. It took a bit to get used to the extra wide door. It cooks well and has a pleasant chime when done. I have not set up the WiFi feature.

I had to replace my microwave over the stove and bought this LG. It is very easy to use and very quiet. I love that it has no handle because my old microwave had one and it came off.
