[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter's room, however, since she doesn't live here I kept it for myself and put my old flat screen TV in her room. The picture appeared clearer and sharper to me. I have not tried all of its features but I am pleased with the those I tried.

The new high definition capabilities we are looking forward to in the future, But most important to the acquisition was the installation instructions offered by telephone contact with the gentleman who told us is name was Marvin. His courteous assistance had our television operating within 10-15 minutes. His knowledge was valuable to help two seniors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV, great picture and the larger size than the one we replaced was a great choice. Only thing I'd like better is that I wish it would come on or opens to my cable box. I have to pick and choose what I want cable box or internet.

Love the unit. Excellent picture and built in features. The new remote is taking me a bit to get used to it but that just takes time. I do not like the little combo wheel/button used to select options. It causes the pointer to move around when to press it so you do not always get what you think you have picked. I do not see a real advantage to the pointer that moves on the screen from the remote.

I purchased this television a few weeks ago and am not at all happy with its performance. The screen image is below average at best and the sound quality is actually terrible. There are far too many options for tuning the picture as I've spent many hours trying to adjust the thing. I would not purchase another LG television.

Happy with clarity and color. There's a learning curve with the remote. Mainly because it can do so much more than I'm used to. It doesn't seem to get along with our sound bar. Sometimes the bar and speakers both come on and we get an echo. Maybe we will disconnect the bar.

I have always wanted a larger TV in our main room. This 86" replaced a 65" and the difference is amazing. Plus this is a 4K and at 86", I can see the difference. Curved images appear very smooth, without the usual jagged edges. Colors are very true and has very deep blacks so the contrast level is much higher than other LED TVs I have viewed. I also like the remote, it is easy to operate and very intuitive.

Just an fyi, a couple of years ago I bought a LG microwave and then purchased a LG dishwasher. Now I purchased my second LG tv for my bedroom and living room… Keep up the good work!
