It of course has all of the features that we needed such as 4K, LED, SmartTV, SmartRemote, HDMI, Digital Optical sound, and much more. So glad we upgraded!

Issues From Day 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV keeps reverting to “STORE” mode” which continually shows the Brand and Model number in boxes on the screen. This box moves randomly to different places on the screen which interrupts normal viewing. Also, I called LG at 6:30PM to discuss this unresolved (already called once). Couldn't understand the Representative so I asked for a supervisor—he hung up on me—probably because one of the questions on the LG survey asked if the rep could be clearly understood. When I called back a different rep told me all supervisors had gone home but he would have one to call me back. Supervisor NEVER called back and problem with TV still exists.

Purchased as a replacement of competitors product. Somewhat disappointed in the features. The remote control is difficult to operate and is confusing. The startup of this set is slow!!! Picture color is somewhat dull and could be brighter. Price was good.

But this new tv the processor was very slow and interface is also not as friendly as before. Also the quality of picture is not as great. Ended up returning it and bought an OLED instead

Overall the tv quality especially for playing games is really great I absolutely love the 4K view age of everything it looks really nice. The tv is also really loud but silent at the same time, for instance you can have it at a loud volume but even outside my room that's not soundproof and my brother usually complains it's really good. My brother hasn't complained once so I really love this purchase and everything that is comes with.

It took several phone calls, including a two hour long session with a tech in the Philippines to get the TV to work. The remote cursor is extremely annoying and difficult to control. Once a program starts don't touch it! You will lose your place and have to start all over. The picture is good though and it seems to connect to the internet okay.
