terrible remote

This remote is super frustrating to use if you wear nails. You have to use the super sensitive scroll button and press it in to select but forget about it if you wear nails. Mine aren't super long, natural length.

Very disappointed with the product I failed the remote control, and the screen had dead pixels in less than 4 months, I had other TVs of the same brand and this was bad

Already repaired after 6 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and already the bulbs went out. The screen stopped working. I purchased the warranty and it took a full THREE WEEKS to get it repaired. Disappointed in this product.
