Outstanding picture

This is our 3rd LG tv and we will have nothing else. This TV is being used outdoors. placed in a Storm Shell case for outdoor use. We have thoroughly enjoyed our TV.

Great TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it two months ago. Great picture! Love it! However I am over 60 years old and have a real hard time controlling the arrow, on the remote, to go where I need to go.

Happy with the set!

Overall I am happy with this wonderful TV; however, about 6 months later it developed a vertical line on the right side of the screen. LG took care of the matter within 2 weeks.

One Major Flaw Ruined a Beautiful Thing 🥺

So…maybe it was just the one I bought, but for some reason it only accepted 1/4 to 1/3 of the Wi-Fi signal. We pay for 100Mbps and my phone and laptop next to the TV got high 90s but the TV only pulled 20s to 30s. This made it so Amazon Video pixelated, buffered, and crashed in just a few minutes of a show. LG tech support was “helpful” but each fix just made it worse. They eventually told me my best option was to return it. I gave it 2 stars because it looks AMAZING and my PS4 had never looked better. But not being able to stream, it was a no go for me.

Screen blowed out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV only 5 months ago and the screen went out now I have to wait because a new screen is on backorder really unfair I should have been giving a new tv instead of trying to fix my tv really upset Especially I bought this tv for the football season now I'm sucked with a broken tv

LG 86 not happy

not happy

I bought my tv a month ago and have been waiting to get it repaired. The picture definately is not high definition and the color is off. I would take it back but I spent a lot of money to hang it, also the size 86 inch isn't easy to move by yourself.

Absolutely terrible, buyer beware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awful. It's cheap, it has a low refresh rate, and it is so, so, SO slow. The interface is incredibly laggy, the screen share is choppy, the ads are intrusive, the app selection is terrible, and I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone. Truly horrible device. I have nothing good to say about this TV, the quality is in the sewer.

Life's not so Good

Bought it 4 days ago. One problem after another. Smart remote knows what I want before I do. AI voice too fast, it's impossible to understand. 3 days to turn it off. Set up is frustrating. We want to watch TV. Movies stop 3/4 of the way through them & the channel changes. It's too much hassle! I should have stayed with Samsung.
