This is my second unit from this brand. Very happy with both units!

Keeps my room ice cold , hose is sturdy and doesn’t fall out of my window like others used to do

I was so excited to add this to the front room of our guesthouse to condition the air and dehumidify; however, once arriving home after unpacking the box, the directions were unclear as to the window panel (not labeled up, down, inside, outside) and the online video was of no help as well. The hose was difficult to insert into the window panel and then with no screening over the hose vent to keep squirrels or other small rodents out, we decided to return it to the store. Too bad for this calamity!

Gets the job done so far with ease. Setup was easy but i had to make a slight modification because my window was larger then the window kit pieces they provided with the unit. This unit isnt too loud either which i am happy about. And tge 3 year warranty i purchased along with the unit gives me peace of mind that im covered for at least 3 years. The price was just right as well. I definitely recommend this unit and wouldnt hesitate to buy another in the future if it keeps performing like it has so far.

Noisy. Digital readout display doesn’t work after a year.

The only portable ac I have ever seen without a directional vent. It only blows cool air straight up, so it is absolutely useless until it cools the entire room. Unless you huddle over it.
