[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love in Louisiana and this thing kicks ! Very easy to install and cools about half my house ! It took about to hours to feel the coolness in the other areas of the home. Love it. Would definitely recommend for using with generator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable air conditioner has exceeded my expectations. We had a situation where one room in our home does not cool properly and we have tried everything even having someone out to fix it to no avail so we knew we had to come up with a solution. This air conditioner was definitely it. The window kit makes it easily fit into the bedroom window. The weatherstripping was easy to install around the edges as well. The directions are easy to understand and once I set it up and plugged it in it was blowing cold air immediately. Within 10 minutes the room was noticeably cooler. I actually had to turn it off because the room got too cold! I really love the fact that it has a remote control that I can operate for my nightstand. The digital display is easy to read and the controls are easy to understand. I have a timer set on it to come on during the night and cool for a period of time and then shut off. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a situation where they have a room that does not cool properly, and they need a window unit able to use one.
