Decent air conditioner, keeps upper attic cool, we have one vent to upstairs n use ac to support air flow

Arrived and operated as expected. Quality seems to be very good. I've only used it for a week but at this point I would recommend it to a friend.

Bought this unit last year and as long as you keep the filter clean and drain the water it keeps my home very cool, love it!!

Bought this last summer. Very happy with it. I had to buy an insulated cover for the exhaust hose as it made the house too warm. Once we installed the cover everything was fine! It kept the very large room it was in perfectly cool!

I purchased DeLonghi PACAN370G1W Portable Air Conditioner in May 2021. I only used it in 2021 and 2022 in the summer. When I tried to use it in early June this year, it didn't cool at all. This product offers 2 year warranty. And it's just out of warranty. The customer service won't help at all!

Got this summer of 2020. Worked very well until May 2023. We were using the humidifier function for about 2 weeks, and it just stopped blowing cold air or humidity. It cooled our large excellently (cold cold). Was disappointed at the short lifespan. Thankfully, we buy the insurance for larger priced items like this, and we are being reimbursed the cost of the purchase. Buy the insurance if you can.

I bought a DeLonghi portable air conditioner from sam's club the PACAN270G1W 500 Sq. ft. model 3 years ago. It failed to cool, about a month ago and we believe the refrigerant leaked out. Sam's doesn't stand behind these after 90 days and DeLonghi's warranty is only 1 year. So, if you want something that may work for a few years for this much money, go ahead a buy it.

We also have a futon up there for an extra option where guests can sleep - but during the summer months in Texas, it's really just too hot up there to work or sleep. This DeLonghi portable AC unit is the perfect solution. It was super easy to install and cools the office area so quickly and efficiently - basically making that part of my house useful again. My office is only about 100 square feet, and it cools it off so fast that it's easy to see how it could work to cool spaces 5 times the size. This is seriously a game changer for any part of your home that is difficult to keep cool. Highly recommend!
