This is the 2nd one of these units in the last couple months! Extremely disappointed in DeL Will be returning 2nd one!!!onghi. Sadly, I would have to go with shoddy workmanship. Cheap parts, that wouldn't cool a 50 sqft room. Sams Club was good about picking the last unit up, repacking back into one body is a nightmare. Will be returning ... Again!!!

Excellent product

I honestly believe all the positive reviews are fake. I bought this to replace a 15 yr old Samsung 8000btu ac that no longer sufficiently cooled the air. That 15 yr old broken ac works better than this! It is 90 degrees out with 48% humidity and in this room with the Delonghi pacem369s, it is 86 degrees and 44% humidity. 86!!! And this is the 2nd day running it. I waited 24 hrs to run it after I got it home and it is installed 100% correctly. The exhaust hose radiates so much heat back into the room its like standing next to a radiator and this ac does not pump out enough cold air to keep up. I had a 10000 btu LG several yrs ago in a bedroom and that room was like a refrigerator. Delonghi makes fantastic espresso machines....but their ac's are useless! I called customer support and was told there is a 3 minute wait, after they extended the 3 minute wait 8 times I hung up. I will be returning this.

I bought this last year and it struggled through the season. Trying to cool a 256sqft room and it takes hours to make it comfortable. If the unit is not left on from when the room is 68 degrees in the morning, there is not a chance it will catch up. For days when the temp is 75-80 and low humidity it is OK but if it is 80-90 and muggy forget it!

I just bought this AC bc of the 100$ discount.. my sister has a different brand but same price(before discount) & specs. Her unit goes down to 60* but this one only goes down to 64*. That 4* is a big deal for a woman that sweats at night. I didn’t see that info disclosed anywhere in description, which would have helped in my decision of buying.. I’m seriously thinking about returning it and getting one that goes down to 60*

It's an air conditioner. It's supposed to pull moisture out of the air and into a bucket. Well, it did for a week or so, but then stopped. Then, later, it started again. No rhyme or reason.When I called support, they said it only does that if there's humidity. I live in Florida, this was summer....of course there's humidity. One year in, it barely does anything. It's junk after 1 year?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say this unit is very easy to setup and get going! Be mindful of the caution stickers though to if it was transported on its side to let sit upright before powering on. I have this setup in my garage using my window to exhaust the heat out with the included hardware. Being in Florida doing work in my garage does get hot and this unit has been a lifesaver and allowing me to work longer for my small business. The dehumidifier has allowed me to also do some epoxy work without having to wait longer cure times with higher humidity here. Fan option I have not used due to it always being hot but I am sure it works just as great! The eco mode definitely helps and have not seen a huge increase in any power usage cost. The remote has a display that allows you to monitor what is going on with the unit without having to walk up to it. Maintenance and cleaning is easy to follow and quickly get back up and going. As always with it being portable I can wheel it around the house as needed and not having to carry with my arms. Highly recommend if you need something portable, programmable, eco friendly, easy to maintain, and multiple functionality!

We program our central system to go to 83 at night and return back to whole house a/c in the morning. This unit is used in our bedroom to provide comfort during the night hours. We keep the bedroom door closed. Its quite that we don't hear it at all. Get it and save the environment and your pocketbook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable air conditioner is pretty awesome! Works well and cools pretty quickly. It is very heavy but seems to be equipped with all you need. Works wonders for our front florida room in our house, (that isn't under air)
