Did not even cool the room as stated.

This is my 2nd unit because the 1st one is so good. I highly recommend it.

Easy to get set up! Works perfectly to keep our bedroom cooler than the rest of the house. Works great and would highly recommend!

Does cool off a 400 sq ft area very nice. Its a bit louder that I want but I rather deal with the noise vs the heat.

I bought a DeLonghi portable air conditioner from sam's club the PACAN270G1W 500 Sq. ft. model 3 years ago. It failed to cool, about a month ago and we believe the refrigerant leaked out. Sam's doesn't stand behind these after 90 days and DeLonghi's warranty is only 1 year. So, if you want something that may work for a few years for this much money, go ahead a buy it.

This unit gives instant relief from heat and humidy. Its very quite. With this setup I still have use of the window. And it looks good from outside the house.

The concept is good but unfortunately the heavy unit and the every 30 water removal bc of houston humidity does not make a good Combination. Only if it had a continuous drain that goes outside als

Great product! Totally helped my daughter out who’s air conditioner had gone out. Was amazed that it was able to keep her living room with high vaulted ceiling’s cool and comfortable in this Texas heat!

I bought this for my elderly Uncle to put in his bedroom. He loves it. Keeps him cool and he uses the Dehumidifier at night. He loves the fact that it has a remote and it is very quiet.

Excellent machine and doesn’t take up a lot of room. It cools a large bedroom and a large bathroom. Very convenient remote control with auto settings which will shut off when room is cooled to the temp you choose. Beautiful features. Great machine. I highly recommend it!
