Sam's pizzas are ok, and not bad for the price, but do yourself a favor and buy it freshly made at the store and not part of a delivery order. I made this mistake today, but won't make it again. And, I did watch the driver route from store to my home, which was direct (no other stops in between). Even with a direct delivery route, the pizza arrived barely warm and extremely chewy and hard to eat. I naively assumed that this would be the last item picked before the order left the store, but I must be wrong. I'm now thinking that the entire order is pulled, and the pizza sits on a shelf, along with everything else while the order is assigned to a driver, and then there's no telling how much longer it sits until a driver gets to the store to pick up the order and deliver it.

I was having my groceries delivered so delayed my delivery time until noon to insure the pizza would be hot and freshly cooked, but what they sent had not seen the inside of an oven in DAYS. It looked and smelled so rank that the idea of tasting it never crossed my mind and i had to double bag it before throwing it in the trash. I just hope that whichever landfill it ended up in doesn't have rats...for their sake ...

INEDIBLE, HARD AS A ROCK, PETRIFIED. I wish I could make you understand how unacceptable this pizza was, complete garbage. They never should have sold this. BTW, the delivery was accepted around 7 pm 5/13 and the date on the pizza box said 5/12 12 pm. Day and a half old pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

A little salty and the pieces are cut huge for a 16" probably would be better as squares. Better off getting a frozen pizza. There is always room for improvement. I would make sure to have a large drink to chug down the sodium. Happy to have tried it on a free promo for membership so in that viewpoint it was fantastic.

I won't say that my first Cafe Pizza 4 meet didn't have any pizza sauce, but if it did I am still wanting to taste some. The four meats %26 crust were really good but could on tolerate 1 piece without any pizza Sauce. Delivery came with a food order I had placed and the pizza was very hot.

I’ve preordered and prepaid for 6 pizzas for 2 Sundays in a row and have had the WORST experience ever. The first time they only made 3 out of the 6 pizzas I preordered and prepaid for. Of course, we had to wait on the rest and they still made the wrong pizzas. We didn’t complain at all, just accepted it. The 2nd time, they did have my order but physically lost the pizzas.🤷🏼‍♀️🤔 We had to wait again. I also went in on the Thursday before to let her know I wanted them double cut. That definitely didn’t happen. They also do not answer their phones at all any times of the day.

Horrible customer service

I bought a pizza from the portable warmer. It tasted old and dry.

Seriously the pizza is canceled because it’s out of stock at 2 PM how is that even possible?

It was quite soggy. Not crispy
