We buy 2 pizza’s when we go to Sam’s. We eat on one then freeze what is left and the 2nd pizza. On nights when we are hungry for pizza we pull out 4 slices micro wave them & enjoy.

Pizzas great just curbside parking spots weren't available. I had to drive in circles until I seen a worker..I had my toddler in the car and made it a little more stressful..called 3 times to cafe nobody answered, seen the people in the spot #1 load their bags, get in the car and decided to eat inside the car, sucks that nobody respects the signs that say, for curbside pickup only, but overall it's all good..but curbside spots should definitely be only for customers ordering online for pickup..

Love the pizza but can anyone tell me why they changed it to pick up or scan only? Very inconvenient and frustrating as many times it’s a last minute decision, hey pick up a pizza from Sams on your way home. NOT ANY MORE. So unhappy about this. If I ordered one today, wouldnt be ready until tomorrow, what is this all about? Anyone?

Pizza arrived damaged. The cheese slid from the center to the edges of the crust. It was lukewarm, and the oil had soaked through the box. As others have noted, the center crust didn't seem fully cooked. I like the idea of hot pizza delivered at this price, but the reality was disappointing.

Usually Sam’s pizza is pretty good. Picked up a cheese in the ready to go warming oven on the way out. It seemed like it had been there all day!

I’ve tried ordering a pizza with my order numerous times and every time it’s undercooked. Tastes like you put sauce and cheese on a fresh bagel and putting it in the over for a minute to warm it up. Always doughy and cheese hardly melted. I used to like the uncooked refrigerated pizzas that I was able to properly bake.

I AM USING ONE STAR BECAUSE FOR SOME INSANE REASON, SAM'S ELIMINATED THEIR DELUXE VEGGIE PIZZA, WHICH I WOULD GET MULTIPLE TIMES PER WEEK, AND WOULD TAKE FULL PIZZAS TO THE OFFICE. WHY THEY WOULD ELIMINATE A HEALTHIER, POPULAR CHOICE MAKES NO SENSE.

We order whole pizzas here frequently and they are great! However, this last pepperoni pizza was the worst ever! First, it had not been sealed and my dad didn’t know the difference and accepted it. But it was hard as a brick with no sauce. It was so tough we pulled to just get a slice. Needless to say, it went in the trash.

I took a chance and ordered this pizza yesterday because I saw it was affordable. The delivery was fast and the presentation was great but it lacked flavor. My kids and I were so disappointed because we were hearing good things about Sam’s pizza. My kids said “ Mom don’t order it this pizza again “.

Do not get delivery if you have a car to pick up instead ! The quality of the pizza was awful dry and cold and we only live at the most 15 minutes from the store ! If I had a car I would have went in and got it myself but we don’t so I figured I’d try delivery! DONT it’s not as good at all! I got 2 four meat pies the meat was dried out and the cheese looked like it was out on a shelf for hours and dried up, not juicy at all! And we got 2 cheese pizzas cold and real dry! Even the crust on both pies that we always liked was bad ! Won’t delivery again!
