We ask if they will run the pizza through the oven a bit longer because the dough is never cooked enough. Even if it’s a great value we usually get our pizzas at Dominos since they will make it extra done. The staff says they are not allowed to cook it longer. What ever. I would like a more have it your way attitude.

This was our first time ordering a pizza from curbside. when did you guys change the pizza? It's been years since we had the pizza, and it wasn't as great as i remembered! They handed me the pizza, and I expected it to be warm if not hot and it was cold. Nasty!! Anyway, I asked the employee if the pizzas were suppose to be hot and he felt the box and said that was about the right temp. Then he said it was really busy at the cafe today.. I'm not sure what that meant.. but anyway, i will never get another pizza again.

Ordered delivery of 4 pizzas for a party. Only two showed up (after already giving the delivery guy a $10 tip when purchasing) I called and they said all they could do was give me a refund. During the party I had to go to the Sam’s Club and stand in the line, and wait for them to be made and cooked to order the other two pizzas. Very frustrating.
