I was very disappointed in this purchase as it was curbside. There was more fat than meat. I spent about 20min trimming these oxtails. Never have I ever seen soooo much fat. There were 4 oxtails in the whole package and there was at least 7lbs of fat in this package. I've bought from Sam's b4 but I picked them myself and what made me purchase this time was review i read saying it the oxtails were trimmed well and that gore I remembered them but this was a DISGRACE. how did this even get packaged to sell. I wasn't my $32 BACK! I would have never picked this package off oxtails for myself but because I have mobility issues it makes it hard to ship for my self

Every time I shop for oxtails at the store, they are usually sold out. This time I was lucky enough to grab a package and I did not care what it cost. I slow cooked them my usual way. I was disappointed to find many of the pieces tough to chew, we can go to meet with falling off the bone.
