Every time I shop for oxtails at the store, they are usually sold out. This time I was lucky enough to grab a package and I did not care what it cost. I slow cooked them my usual way. I was disappointed to find many of the pieces tough to chew, we can go to meet with falling off the bone.

Always fresh and meaty, one of my favorite things to buy.

The oxtails were good but had just a little bit too much fat.

Tasty and great price for the value

So good. But would like more of the fat to be removed.
