Hard to find cut of meat, because I tried. Great for caldo, barbacoa, and just about any other slow braised recipe. Tried to buy again at the store but wasn’t available.

Love this meat. Usually tender. It’s a lot better than the packaged in store as I find those cuts to be too thick and dry. The cheek meat is good though and at a Good price

I love cheek meat for my braised dishes, but this was at least 60% fat. At least that much waste. You expect some with cheeks, but these were ridiculous..

Price is deceptive. Out of 20 packs, there was only 1 worth the price. After the trimming, the price is closer to $9-10 per pound. I wonder if the 1 good pack was trimmed by a new person, that valued quality of work.

The package is 2/3 fat that is not usable. Not worth $5 a pound

About a 1/3 of this was meat, its mostly fat and not worth the price.

There was tons of fat more then 70% of it was fat. Hardly any meat. But once smokes for 5hrs and sous vide for 40hours it was good. But really pricey for what you get.
