first time i bought, it was good meat. then the last "3" times it was all fat! i got a hand full of actual meat. literally

I got MAYBE 2 little pieces of actual "meat" from this and paid WAY too much for trash. At least 75% of what was in the package went in the garbage

While I expected some waste due to the nature of the product, I found the amount of fat attached to be excessive

This was terrible! Full of thick fat, sinew, tendons. Cut up in random-sized chunks—not a roast at all. Only thing that held it together was sinew.

I didn't weight the waste, but looking at it on my cutting board it looked like 60% was waste (fat and sinew).

Way too fatty not enough meat. Wouldn’t buy again if you need to feed more than a few people. 5lbs turned into maybe 1 of eatable meat

The cut was mainly fat, had to trim a large portion off from it. I've had much beeter cuts of meat from other store brands

I paid $36 just for half of the package to be literally all fat.. a bit disappointed with this purchase

Hard to find cut of meat, because I tried. Great for caldo, barbacoa, and just about any other slow braised recipe. Tried to buy again at the store but wasn’t available.

So tender. Although you will have clean them up and right in the middle is one whole cheek that might as well be total dog food. But other than that a total treat when done in your crockpot on low for eight hours.
