Very expensive for what you get..... not a good deal at all

I've purchased this several times and prior to this last purchase it was very good and I was very pleased with the quality. However, the last package I bought was terrible. It was quite a bit more than half fat and unusable "stuff". I really don't know what some was, but it certainly was not usable meat. I cooked the meat, but it did not taste good and was very chewy unlike the tender and tasty meat I had before. I have to think they have changed suppliers because it was so different. I was very disappointed.

Great for Mexican barbacoa. Not too fatty.

The package was a little over 4 pounds and by the time you trim all of the waste you might have a pound of usable product. Very disappointing
