These beef cheeks were not processed at all outside of being cut off the cows head and packaged. More than half of the package was hard fat. I won’t be purchasing this from Sam’s Club again.

My husband seasons this and slow cooks it and then drains the fat. He shreds it and with pico gallo, it makes the best tacos on steamed corn tortillas.

Disappointed. I usually receive a beef cheek packet with some fat but this packet was more than half fat! From now on I will go to the store to select that particular kind of meat.

this is the worst piece of meat I have ever seen in my life and im 72 years old. I thought I try it because in internet said it was good for a stew but 1/2 of it is fat and grizzle and it is very hard to separate the meat from the fat.

It was tender enough but we didntcare for the slimy greasy part of it. It is mostly fat and slimy, not leaving much good meat. A lot of themeat went to the dogs. I wanted a refund.

After I trimmed 7lbs, I ended up with maybe 1-2pounds if that. Such a waste. The rest was mainly fat and sinew. Will try to make tallow and dog snacks. But still very disappointed.

almost no meat. the most fat I have ever seen put into a package. I have bought beef cheek meat at many other places and there was no where near the amount of fat. don't waste your money and time on this

30% stew beef, 50% hard fat, 20% sinewy trim i will render the fat into tallow and the trim into broth so it's not a total waste. If i buy in the future, it will likely be to mix in with wild venison grind to up the fat content.

I got the case I am a carnivore diet fan this is perfect!!! love it and so did my cats! as far as fat well it comes like that ! i will buy this again

5.8-pound package and only 1.2 pounds of usable meat. If I wanted to pay essentially $22/lb, I’d buy elsewhere and not have to put in the extra effort or be concerned about carelessly handled meat, since it came out of the package mangled—almost as if the person cutting the meat had absolutely no idea what they were doing.
