After I trimmed 7lbs, I ended up with maybe 1-2pounds if that. Such a waste. The rest was mainly fat and sinew. Will try to make tallow and dog snacks. But still very disappointed.

These beef cheeks were not processed at all outside of being cut off the cows head and packaged. More than half of the package was hard fat. I won’t be purchasing this from Sam’s Club again.

I got the case I am a carnivore diet fan this is perfect!!! love it and so did my cats! as far as fat well it comes like that ! i will buy this again

almost no meat. the most fat I have ever seen put into a package. I have bought beef cheek meat at many other places and there was no where near the amount of fat. don't waste your money and time on this

If I could give it 0 starts I would! Very disappointed in the quality of meet it was nothing but fat and weird bits, if you want real cheek meat I recommend the one they have a heb! That’s for real barbacoa! So dissatisfied with this meat and wasted $32. It won’t let me attach image but beware!!
