After we cooked this meat, it was very tender

Out of the almost 6-7 pounds I purchased 3 pounds of it was actual meet and the rest was all fat.

I made barbacoa for the first time with this. It did take a little trimming but he finished product was very good.

These things are trash now....way too much unusable sinew and fat. Get a new supplier that trims them and I'd happily pay a little more for a solid 4-6 pack based on the size I was finally able to trim these down to.

Bought this twice more than half was fat was extremely disappointed to make barbacoa and this ruined the results
