Great value for barbacoa.. easy dinner night.. cooked half of the sams package in the crockpot for 5 hours and dinner was ready!!

I have purchased it a couple of times now, and it has cooked up wonderfully and has had a great taste.

Over half of the package was waste, -- hard fat and silver skin. I probably should have trimmed ever more.

Have not had the opportunity to prepare the cheek meat. However, was pleased that it was offered at your location (Yuma, AZ) at a reasonable price.

Very fresh and tender. Package secure and did not leak. Staff helpful. Found other items to come back in the future to pick up.

Great product Too expensive and split buying with you and another company that's 35-50 cents a pound cheaper

I've purchased this item at other stores as well as Sams and I've returned to Sam's due to its price.

Love it the only issue is after cooking the meat, I usually lose about 1.5-2.0 ibs due water. So I’m paying for 1.5-2.0 that is water loss.

Mmmmmm, this was good meat and great quality. It was an ok price but I was currently having difficulty finding it so it was worth it!

Lots of fat. Bought a package of about 7lbs, kept some fat on it but cut off about 2-2 1/2 lbs of the fat.
