Love it the only issue is after cooking the meat, I usually lose about 1.5-2.0 ibs due water. So I’m paying for 1.5-2.0 that is water loss.

It's the most tender meat. Makes great barbacoa. It does have a lot of fat in it. Chunks of fat, not just the normal amount of fat. But it's great.
