Had a lot of fat I had to clean, I paid for 8 pounds after cleaning all the fat off all the meat, I was left with 5 pounds, and I had 3 pounds of unusable fat. Other than that, the meat was great.

Dont waste your money, I got an almost 7 pounds bag and almost 5 pounds of that was fat and skin, nasty, the quality of meat from Sam 's has gone down in the last few years.
