It’s great. I make barbacoa for my husband and his workers once a month. They all love it. I love how I can get so much cheek meat for a great price.

It's the most tender meat. Makes great barbacoa. It does have a lot of fat in it. Chunks of fat, not just the normal amount of fat. But it's great.
