Great Tires

These were factory on my 2020 F150. I only drive these in summer and changed to winters in winter. After 5 years and 130,000 km, need to change. Great tires. Having a sport model, the tires hugged the road going on the off and on- ramps at a decent speed. Traction in wet conditions was phenomenal.

Zero complaints!

I’m not going to use the AI to generate my review so you get my honest response about these tires. I bought my truck used (24 Chevy 3500 DRW) and the Primacy tires were already on it. They had 37k on them when I bought the truck. Now they have 56k. I have absolutely zero complaints with these tires. Even wear; smooth ride, quiet ride, fuel efficient and so far…longer lasting than I would have expected on a dually. I will soon be shopping for a new set of tires but plan to get at least 70k out of these first. Unfortunately, I’d like to go up to a 255/80R17 but that’s not offered in the Primacy. And nothing else I have found has a similar tread pattern. So, instead of what I’d like to do, I’ll most likely go with these same tires again. I have found that running them at 70 psi seems to be the sweet spot for my application to get the best of all aspects.

Long lasting and good wearing tire

These came factory installed on my 2024 GMC 3500 DRW. Currently have about 60k on them with a lot of those miles towing a 24000lb 5th wheel. These tires have held up fantastic. They are quiet on the road and deliver very good grip in the rain. I will be buying 6 more when the time comes to replace these tires. I figure i will get about 65k out of them which is fantastic for a OE tire.

Great Tire

My original tires from the factory on my 2024 GMC 3500 Dually had 71,456 Mi and still had old for 1/8 of a tread left on the tires with proper rotation. Just had a new set put on of the same Tire.

Getting ready to replace my tires, for the first time, on my 2018 F-150 with 68,500 miles.. great ride and no issues. Hopefully they have not changed .

A Good Tire

A good tire that came on the F150 new at purchase. I never had a problem. I rotated them every oil change. The 55,000 estimate is about correct. I'm at 52,500 and they are about done. I'm switching to the LTX M/S next, similar price and 70,000 miles.

A big dissapointment. Hopefully with a positive outcome.

I don't know where to begin with this review. I have always been a fan of Michelin, and i was excited when my brand new F-150 came with them as a factory installed tire.I purposely looked for one that had Michelin over the Hankook option. I am now regretting this, as I am at 9,500 miles, and am having Wear issues, chunking, and age cracking. These have been run from day 1 at the recommended door tag pressure. When the issues began, i took the truck to the dealer to ensure the alignment was not to blame.they confirmed that the alignment was perfect, and rotated them. Problems persist. I have taken this to my dealer and began the process of assistance with these faulty tires. I was hoping that it would be taken care of due to the lack of miles, and properly aligned truck. The answers from the dealer make it seem like I'm going to get the run-around from what i thought was a top tier tire company. The tires continue to wear the edges and i am concerned this will be drawn out and blown off which will force me to stray from Michelin and their partners for all of my vehicles. I would much appreciate a direct response, at which point we can resolve this, or i can put you in contact with the dealer if you would prefer. My goal here is to put tires on this truck that i can trust, and not lose faith in your company. I have added photos, but they really don't make the wear clear. I would gladly have someone from your company see them in person and confirm that they are subpar.

SMH BOOO

Extremely disappointed. 27k on these tires and the tread is literally falling off in chunks. You wouldn’t believe it. I worked in the tire industry for over a decade and I’ve never seen anything like it. Worst of all, NOBODY seems willing or even able to tell me why a 40,000 tire isn’t automatically covered under its warranty. Furthermore, if a dealership is a Michelin retailer, why are dealerships not partnering to fix their grave mistake. I’m lucky to be alive. My truck is now stranded, which means I’m stranded. We are 45 mins from the closest dealership and I’m telling you, by law, no dealership would be able to release a vehicle from a service department as they are far from road worthy. And nobody seems to care. It’s funny how recalls on tires are typically subject to brand. But, look a lil deeper and Michelin does them by tire sizes.

Worst tires I have ever had on a truck

These tires came stock on my 2020 F150 and are hands down the worst tires I have ever had on a truck on anything but a dry paved road. How Michelin can advertise these as an All Terrain All Season tires is beyond me. They have absolutely no traction in any amount of snow fall or wet conditions. I had 2 sets of LTX tires on my last truck and was pleased with their performance. Ford must have got these at a good price. Mine will be going in the garbage with 25,000 km on them.

Terrible traction, terrible lifespan

These tires came on my 2020 F150. I drove them from new until 50000km. I rotated them every 8000km and always ensured they were properly inflated. These are hands down the worst tires I’ve ever owned. If the road is wet, snowy, icy, or anything aside from a flat level dry surface these tires will struggle to maintain grip and traction. They even got me stuck on an icy road in 4 wheel drive. To top it off by 50000km they were down to 3/32. A totally unacceptable product. Do yourself a favour and get something else.
