PERFECT cake! Ordered for our 50th Anniversary cake. Decorated exactly as requested (which is what I wanted 50 years ago for our wedding & was not decorated as wanted for wedding) Cake & whipped frosting was delicious. Couldn’t had asked for better!!!!

I ordered 3 cakes over 2 weeks time and your cake decorator ROCKED them all! Beautiful handwriting which is the most important thing when ordering a cake! Absolutely Beautiful! I hope you recognize your decorator! If I could do it myself, I would!! I have been bragging about my cakes to all of my friends and coworkers! There is nothing worse than getting a cake that looks horrible, for such important milestone occasions that will be photographed! Great job on these 3 cakes!! Thank you!

I was skeptical about ordering a cake from Sam's because I never had one before and didn't know anyone who did. I ordered one for a small retirement party. It looked phenomenal. The cake was very moist and the whipped cream icing was fabulous. Everyone loved the cake. Great choice and only $17.28. Definitely will order in the future.

Delicious cakes always! Mariah did a beautiful job on the decorating, I had asked for specific colors and extra roses and told her to use her talents on how it should look. She was so nice and really made the cake so pretty. Very happy. I order a birthday cake for myself every year from Sam’s.

Worked out perfectly, I bought two 10-in cakes and placed one chocolate one vanilla on top of each other and used the whipped cream not buttercream so I was able to spread the whipped cream to look like one layer. Added edible flowers for a baby in bloom baby shower cake.

I ordered a custom cake for my birthday. I was astounded at the size of the cake. I knew it was two layers, but the layers were large. The size of the cake was worth more than I paid. I appreciate Sam’s affordable bakery prices. I would have liked more designs to choose from. The cake was a vanilla mix and frosted with pink frosting and green trim. It tasted good, but not as moist as other cakes I’ve purchased in the past from Sam’s. The frosting was pretty thick, which caused it to slide a little off the sides of the cake. Overall, the cake was a good purchase to feed several people.

The cake itself was delicious. The frosting was great, but did not firm up, even with refrigeration. The frosting didn't "melt" or make the decoration ugly, it just stayed very, very soft. But the ordering process was awful. I went to Sam's to order the cake and was told I had to order it online. The options online were ugly and the color combinations were horrible. The decorations and colors were in limited colors and combinations. For instance, if I wanted roses on the cake I was only able to order 1 bright yellow rose with 2 bright red roses with red trim, top and bottom. Or, instead the red could be replaced with bright teal blue or bright pink. So I ordered a very, very plain custom cake. It gave me no options for balloons, sprinkles, roses, or other frosting-generated decor. I was VERY disappointed. In the past, Sam's Club has been my go-to for all cakes and pastries, but the cake ordering process was so unlike what was available in the past that I doubt I will order from Sam's again. It's a shame. The cake itself is delicious and got rave reviews but I was asked if I decorated it myself.

Ordered chocolate butter cream, half a sheet, the same length of the cake was the same amount of frosting on top of the cake. It was like biting into a frosting cake with a little bit of bread; horrible. I don’t know if this is how all the chocolate cakes are made or it was just the person that made it!

First going online to order and having to pay is the worst! I enjoyed talking to someone regarding my bakery needs! Way to take customer service out of it! Although Clarksville lacks customer service anyway. However the quality of cake has gone so far down hill I am looking at making my own cakes again! I was embarrassed to serve this cake! I wanted to add a picture but it is. It letting me.

Disney stitch instead they put the item number. You can only order thru their website (shop by design) but there’s no place to put the serial number to customize it. So I ask one of the lady was decorating a cake and she told me to put the serial numbers after happy birthday …… I asked her; are you sure because I don’t want the item number on the cake because I have seen crazy stuff done to cakes by putting the entire phrase or not putting the image and just put the number. She said don’t worry just put it there and will put the design on the cake. Well I went to pick up the cake the day before the party and what I received was the entire phrase as you can see on the picture. I can’t lie to you! There’s a lady that took care of us because the bakery worker weren’t there, she couldn’t find my order, was getting annoyed and started saying that I didn’t ordered anything and I show my order number but she said that they don’t go by order # so only by name. Well finally the cake was found, was right in front of her but without the design. She started to blame me that I should have written the item number on the notes sections which I went back to their website and see where is the note section which there is none and that is why I asked the lady from the bakery where to put the item #. Then she disappeared and a nice gentleman came and started to help and made me write everything in paper so he can give it to the decorator the following day !
