The cake and the whipped icing is always so good but the one we got had the sides covered with sprinkles which were so hard they were un-edible! Please stay away from the sprinkles

I’m very disappointed with the cake I ordered. The cake is very uneven. The border is half on the too and dips to the side. There was also blue icing smudged on the side and a big finger mark in the side icing.

This cake is for graduation + birthday. Over 30 high school kids were in my house waiting for the celebration. The writing on this cake looked UGLY!! I have no choice, I couldn’t return it. Party was on… :(

The cake was beautiful although the fushia buttercream was strong it took over the cake.,but as a regular customer I always buy my cakes here and the next time I will order white buttercream with no dye

I have found Sam's club cakes and cupcakes to be the best. They are always fresh and very moist. And ordering online makes it so easy. Have ordered from the "grocery" stores. Absolutely no comparison.

Ashley A in bakery was a most helpful person, I could not get the order to go thru online and she jumped in and offered to help right away. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to do business with. I can not express enough how important it is to have someone so willing to help you and do such a good job getting you what you want. Thank you so much Ashley A for your kindness and your help. You made my Great Granddaughters birthday special.

Ordered what I thought would be a perfect cake. I picked whipped icing. I got a call the morning they were making it and went over the order. Once again, I specified whipped icing since the birthday girl didn't like buttercream. My son picked it up that afternoon and the roses, border, and writing were done in buttercream. I called to complain about it twice and was placed on hold for the longest time to be hung up on almost immediately after someone answered the phone. Called back placed on hold again for a long time. Took it back and got a refund. Will never order another cake from them again.

I have ordered cakes before but never have it tasted like this. I think some extra ingredients must have accidentally fell in this cake. It was beautiful but the cake tasted horrible. Nobody ate it not even the baby and she loves cake. Something was horribly wrong with the cake. I returned it to the store and told them that quality control was off the day that cake was made.

The cake was fine, the Pharr TX Sam’s employees took too long to give me the cake. We stood there for 10+ minutes while two bakery employees passed us numerous times. One man said they’ll be right with you, the lady said nothing. I won’t use the location again for bakery orders.

Ordered chocolate butter cream, half a sheet, the same length of the cake was the same amount of frosting on top of the cake. It was like biting into a frosting cake with a little bit of bread; horrible. I don’t know if this is how all the chocolate cakes are made or it was just the person that made it!
