My cake had a huge crack in the middle of it and I told the emolyee that was at the bakery and all she did was shrug her shoulders and hands like I don't care and walked away.

We love birthday cakes from Sam’s Club. Always moist, tasty, and beautifully decorated. Top that off with the cost for this large of a cake, it’s a no brainwr!

The cake was beautiful but was split open like they had dropped the cake and put icing on it to hold it together 😡. The store was closed for the holiday I couldn’t take it back it was my granddaughter’s 8 birthday party. Over she enjoyed her birthday and we had the cupcakes to share with family and friends

Sam's Club cakes never miss! Everyone loved it and couldn't get enough! My only feedback is that I ordered it online and was hoping for medium pink and orange (when choosing coral and orange) and it was just a little darker pink that I was expecting based on the mock up that's made when ordering online, almost to the point where it blended with the orange boarder so I just wish I had chosen the light pink option (not Sam's fault, just keep that in mind if you're ordering coral, it's much more orange than pink).

The cake was delicious. However, i ordered it online and was limited to 4 (very unattractive) color combinations. I chose one but called the store to see if any changes could be made. I was told to put the colors i actually wanted in the "notes" section. There was no notes section. I went in to the store and a bakery employee made the changes i requested. But when i came to pick up the cake, everything was done in the original colors I didn't want.

The cake was delicious. It was vanilla on the inside with chocolate icing on the outside. It had pink and yellow roses on it. It was beautiful. Only wish we could have made one layer white and one layer chocolate since we can't get marbled anymore.

I have ordered cakes from Sam's Club for years. There has always been a nice selection of decorations to choose from and I have never considered going anywhere else. The cakes are always fresh and delicious. Now that I have to order online, there is a VERY limited amount of cake decorations to choose from. Then when I tried to add a message, I couldn't even fit Happy Birthday and my daughter's name!! I am beyond disappointed with this change!! I will not be ordering from your bakery in the future for a customized cake unless something changes.

The cake was the perfect size and delicious. My family loves buttercream and the website made it easy to order and the pay so once I arrived in the store I just had to head over to the bakery area and pick up the cake and leave without standing in line which saved a lot of time. I always will choose Sam’s Club for my bakery needs.

Horrible customer service. There were about 6 people in the bakery department laughing, and joking however they didn’t stop to help us. They saw us, however didn’t offer to assist us. The associate that did help us finally was so rude and really unpleasant to deal with. Then when calling to see if our cake was ready (multiple days later), we were told it was ready. We went to pick it up all for it to not be ready. In fact, we were handed a blank sheet cake with no print on it and the lady walked off laughing about it. I’m pretty sure her name was Lisa. We eventually got the cake but swore never again and have told many people since then, to not use Sams.

We ordered the cake a couple weeks ahead for my husband. We got there and were handed a cake that said “Happy Birthday Grandma”. Tried telling them it wasn’t right. We ordered Chocolate Cake with white frosting. Frosting was correct but cake was white. Obviously wrong. They then searched in the cooler and came out with a cake with my husband’s name on it. We took it home and when we got home, the cake was white instead of the chocolate we ordered. Got it wrong at every turn. We decided to roll with it but the cake also tasted weird. Wasn’t good. So we threw it out and went and got one from another store.
