Meeka in the bakery is awesome. She was very helpful in securing a cake that I wanted to customize for a birthday. She went above and beyond with some helpful hints given her cake decorating expertise. Miss the old Sam's bakery though that had more options. The store clearly has talented artist in the bakery like Meeka. The cake is always delicious and such a value.

This cake wasn’t perfectly smooth. The icing has bubble like wholes and one edge was slanting. I ordered this cake just white blank because I was gonna add my own decoration. So I figured it’d be very smooth and straight. I was disappointed in the cake decorated whole made my cake.

I ended up ordering the wrong cake because I was having trouble with my previous order, and I called the bakery to have them assist me. The worker was extremely rude, demanding I order the cake online. They didn't have the template I wanted. So when I went to attempt an online order this time, my old cake order was there and that's what got ordered! Exactly why I like to discuss details with a life person and ensure it's accurate. When I picked up the cake, the worker said " and you ordered it online, so there's nothing you can do!" Very disappointed in Sams

I have ordered cakes before but never have it tasted like this. I think some extra ingredients must have accidentally fell in this cake. It was beautiful but the cake tasted horrible. Nobody ate it not even the baby and she loves cake. Something was horribly wrong with the cake. I returned it to the store and told them that quality control was off the day that cake was made.

I thought I ordered a plain white frosted cake. Didn’t realize when I added sprinkles it added blue boarder frosting on the bottom. Bakery went over it with purple frosting as my theme was purple, white and gold. Made it much worse. When I got home, I removed the frosting and redid myself. Cake itself tasted good.

The cake was fine, the Pharr TX Sam’s employees took too long to give me the cake. We stood there for 10+ minutes while two bakery employees passed us numerous times. One man said they’ll be right with you, the lady said nothing. I won’t use the location again for bakery orders.

I ordered 3 cakes over 2 weeks time and your cake decorator ROCKED them all! Beautiful handwriting which is the most important thing when ordering a cake! Absolutely Beautiful! I hope you recognize your decorator! If I could do it myself, I would!! I have been bragging about my cakes to all of my friends and coworkers! There is nothing worse than getting a cake that looks horrible, for such important milestone occasions that will be photographed! Great job on these 3 cakes!! Thank you!

First going online to order and having to pay is the worst! I enjoyed talking to someone regarding my bakery needs! Way to take customer service out of it! Although Clarksville lacks customer service anyway. However the quality of cake has gone so far down hill I am looking at making my own cakes again! I was embarrassed to serve this cake! I wanted to add a picture but it is. It letting me.
