Ordered chocolate butter cream, half a sheet, the same length of the cake was the same amount of frosting on top of the cake. It was like biting into a frosting cake with a little bit of bread; horrible. I don’t know if this is how all the chocolate cakes are made or it was just the person that made it!

I have ordered cakes before but never have it tasted like this. I think some extra ingredients must have accidentally fell in this cake. It was beautiful but the cake tasted horrible. Nobody ate it not even the baby and she loves cake. Something was horribly wrong with the cake. I returned it to the store and told them that quality control was off the day that cake was made.

I needed a plain white cake to dress up for a 60th birthday. Everyone commented how good the cake was.

Delicious cake that slid into plastic cover. We did buy icing roses from another store and put them on the cake

Cake was split in different parts. Store would not offer refund. Picked cake up in the evening and no one noticed the split cake all day?

The cake itself was beautiful but the writing on the cake was crooked. It took away from the cake. I didn’t pick it up, so I couldn’t say anything so we just dealt with it.

Well, here we go again for the 4th time we ordered at the store a chocolate, whip cream cake and ended up with a white cake this is the 3rd time a Birthday cake order was wrong. One other time i ordered online and still they got it wrong. We love their cakes, but this is becoming very disappointing at our Birthday parties.

Great cake at a great price. I ordered the princess cake at Sam's club in Cinaminson,NJ location and they did an excellent job decorating my granddaughter cake. The order was done on time and pick up was quick and easy. I love their cakes!

I've NEVER had a cake made in a big box store that wasn't pure sugar - this cake was light, tasty, moist and at least HALF the sugar of any cake I've BOUGHT in a couple of decades! Thank you for making it a bit healthier and even delicious!

This cake was not only incredibly decorated, it tasted fantastic! It made our birthday party a perfect success! And the price can not be beat! Thank you, Sams!!!
