I was hoping for a little more flavor in the cake. It seemed like there was more frosting than cake, and the cake itself was a bit bland for my taste.

Very DISAPOINTING!! This cake was so dry and sponge like, have never had cake like this from Sams. We threw out the remaining cake after trying one piece!! Not good, and frosting was spread so thin, so very little cake to frosting ratio as well!!

I have found Sam's club cakes and cupcakes to be the best. They are always fresh and very moist. And ordering online makes it so easy. Have ordered from the "grocery" stores. Absolutely no comparison.

I’m very disappointed with the cake I ordered. The cake is very uneven. The border is half on the too and dips to the side. There was also blue icing smudged on the side and a big finger mark in the side icing.

I've NEVER had a cake made in a big box store that wasn't pure sugar - this cake was light, tasty, moist and at least HALF the sugar of any cake I've BOUGHT in a couple of decades! Thank you for making it a bit healthier and even delicious!

The cake was decorated just as ordered, but the uneven application of icing wasn’t nice and smooth. Unfortunately within a few hours the icing started to crack. This same thing happened with another cake I purchased at Sams. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it ruins the presentation of the cake for the occasion. The good thing was the cake itself was delicious and so well priced. I tried to add a photo of the cake but could not do so.

The cake tasted amazing! Too bad the staff didn’t bother to check with the customer when their customized cake had no customization. Sam’s club staff said that they had been experiencing the text not showing up on the website. So when I ordered my customized birthday cake and it was missing customization details. They didn’t contact me they let us drive an hour and pick up a blank customized cake. What a disappointment!!!!

This cake wasn’t perfectly smooth. The icing has bubble like wholes and one edge was slanting. I ordered this cake just white blank because I was gonna add my own decoration. So I figured it’d be very smooth and straight. I was disappointed in the cake decorated whole made my cake.

Meeka in the bakery is awesome. She was very helpful in securing a cake that I wanted to customize for a birthday. She went above and beyond with some helpful hints given her cake decorating expertise. Miss the old Sam's bakery though that had more options. The store clearly has talented artist in the bakery like Meeka. The cake is always delicious and such a value.

I ended up ordering the wrong cake because I was having trouble with my previous order, and I called the bakery to have them assist me. The worker was extremely rude, demanding I order the cake online. They didn't have the template I wanted. So when I went to attempt an online order this time, my old cake order was there and that's what got ordered! Exactly why I like to discuss details with a life person and ensure it's accurate. When I picked up the cake, the worker said " and you ordered it online, so there's nothing you can do!" Very disappointed in Sams
